About likes, it should be the content itself that incites viewers to click the button. You can always add one line reminding about likes and feedback ; but if you do more than that you'll play on the social aspect of it, and not on your content being attractive.

For my part, I'm a story lover, I often give likes to story 'cause I see the efforts/work done to bring the whole thing together. I give much less frequently likes to pure screenshots entries, unless they're either clearly quite worked upon as well, or really outstanding artistically.

For example :

The shot itself is beautiful, but think at the work behind it creating the character, the custom textures in particular.

But even in Sunsasuka's entries, there must be something in the photographic aspect, or in the search of effect (with the lightning, the screen, the angle, the pose) for me to click the like button. For I don't see the work in merely posting nude screens (anyone could do this), and there must be something "more" for me to like despite the characters being reduced to empty eye candies (which isn't the case in good stories).

To sum up things, if you want to stand out, there needs to be a "wow" effect when the readers see your images ; let it be for the work behind it, the artistically aspect, or purely the sex appeal effect. How you'll get it, is up to you. 

One last thing ; "advertising" your content in a visible place (such as "Show your Skyrim Counterpart" thread) can help your entries getting noticed.

oddly my likes shot up after this entry, perhaps because i asked.

cant write and i dont think i have the general commitment/methods to make a story

when someone masturbates to my entries, i will know i succeeded in good looking pictures lol

i doubt there will ever be a wow effect, this is a talentless chill past time like my bodyslide stuff is and the likes/endorsements feel nice  

i always thought "show your skyrim counterpart" was just for people who roleplay

Well those are different kind of objectives, but if someone does pleasure himself on one of your entries, that's kind of a "wow' effect.

Sunsasuka advertises her entries on that thread, so as long as you're showing something related to characters in skyrim it's ok.

And you're not talentless, but if one has talent, one should work in perfecting it I think. Which is done by confronting oneself to the difficulties.

More of a note to myself that "I have seen/read/watched this thingy" than a glowy endorsement, but then I feel guilty when I run out of them and I read blogz and don't press the funny green button. My own likes on the other hand, ehh, I ignore the number and press it just to see the list of strange people that're watching my stuff >:D

I probably missed the last two entrie though, derping around the UK at me mother's house and her internet is made out of cheese so I havenae been watching it much. I prolly have a loooooot o' blogs to catch up on when I fly to the frozen North tomorrow.

Ehh, she buggered off to Africa on vacation. Imma just watchin' her house and stopping her cats from starving to death, ready for home though, I miss my mountains and my ocean and if a cat is going to kill me it might as well be my own
