After spending some time on LL we went jogging and when returning home, we exercised and my luvs practiced martial arts. I took the shower and this time Marko and Zdenka came earlier then usually. Hearing their loud moaning and Ivy’s dirty talk during the sex under the shower he jumped on the feet and came to the bathroom door and knocking on the door he cheerfully said:
- That’s right, my children. Don’t stop until you are sure you conceived the baby.
Then he started to cheer: “Ivy, Ivy!!!”. Zdenka dragged him away from the door, but it was too late. Although my Ivy didn’t mind him, my Prince lost desire for sex. They came out of the bathroom very shortly afterwards. My Prince was very embarrassed and he went straight to the children room. My Ivy was furious on her dad because he made him uncomfortable. She yelled at him.
Ivy: I can’t believe you can be such a child dad?! It’s one thing teasing us about making the baby and it’s completely different thing interrupting us during the sex with stupid comments ……. How would you feel if I will come to your room during the sex with mom and I comment it?! Do you know what the privacy and discretion is??? We will never do this to you and mom! If we would hear you having sex, we would go away and you’d never know we heard you! …….. Grow up for once!!!
(Marko looked shocked at her being caught in surprise with her reaction)
Ivy: Don’t ever do that again!!! If you want to come to our house again you will apologize to my husband right now for you ruined our sex and you made him very embarrassed and you’ll promise, you’ll never be so immature again.
I thought that Marko will make excuses or defend himself, but he didn’t. He stood up and went to my Prince who was in the children room for he couldn’t look in Zdenka’s face how shy and embarrassed he was. He asked him for forgiveness and he promised that he will never do it again and he hugged my Prince very firmly. Then he apologized to Ivy too, who said to him that he can always make any kind of jokes with her, but he has to be careful about Prince. When he hurts him, he hurts her too. She also forgave him and we had a good time talking about other things. I was very proud at my Ivy. It’s no secret that she is extremely crazy for my Prince and she will do anything for him. My Prince also thanked Ivy for intervention and said that he loves her very much. Here is one interesting thing. While they talked kissing constantly, they prattled. None of them ever prattled with me. That’s their thing and I like they have it.

When they left I joined my Ivy and we relaxed my Prince and we started to suck him and fuck him. They “compensated” missed orgasm and all of us had two orgasms. After the sex we took the shower and we decided to have only fruit salad for lunch. Of course, when we came to bananas, my Prince didn’t cut them in slices. When they arrived (14:30) they brought two big bags of various gifts for us from the States. Boss said that some of the gifts are from Mister “XXX”. He hugged my Prince very firmly tapping his back. His words shook while saying to him: “It’s so good to see you again, my son” for he was very emotional. He also hugged my Ivy and me. Before they gave us the gifts, Ivy and I brought the chocolate cake and offered them with beverages. My boss couldn’t wait to tell us about his trip to the States. When he told us about great time, he said that he will tell us about the business plans and projects tomorrow on the executive board meeting. Then he said:
- My children ... I’ve heard you did excellent work in my absence even when you’ve being on vacation. Thank you. I’m also grateful that you spent the time with my wife and that you get to know each other much better. Mmmmm……. My son ……… The things what I’m about to say to you about my plans with you surely will make your wives very happy, especially Ivy.
(My Prince was little bit tensed and my Ivy was like sitting on needles)

Boss: I learned a lot from Americans. They are very different from us in culture, tradition, customs and very different in business. I was very impressed. I learned a lot about management. We are far behind them and I, with the help of Mister “XXX”, decided to do some changes in our business management……. (deep sighing) ……. Son, I heard only positive things about you in my absence. You are very skilled with people, they like you and respect you and after a lot of thinking and consultation with other businessmen, I decided this: from now on you will be in charge only in two areas: human resources and the chief of security. The way you handle the interrelationship problems, the way you motivate and stimulate the people to work more and better, your ideas for improvements in many areas of our business accredits you to be promoted into my second assistant.
(My Prince was speechless, Ivy and I screamed in joy while B.W. smiled)
Boss: Pardon me children, but I’m not finished……. Mmmmmm …… my son, forget about holding the guitar classes, forget about training entertaining team, from this moment, your only concern is to work on improvement of our workers’ relationship, solving the problems and conflicts among the workers, overseeing their work and do improvements wherever and whenever it is possible. Satisfied and happy workers works better. You will organize monthly gathering for Hotel workers in which beside having good time, free supper and drinks, they will be rewarded for the accomplishments they made in that month. You will have full autonomy in your decisions. Eva and I will not interfere in your work and your decisions unless you ask us for the help. You will have flexible working hours, which means: you will come whenever you want and stay on the job as long as you are needed, but you will be free to do whatever you want when you are done with your obligations and when there is no need for your “intervention” …..

(short silence)
Mmmmmm …… Here comes the best part: You will appoint official Hotel car so your wife Eva, doesn’t have to go home by taxi or by bus if you need to stay overtime or come to intervene. The fuel and all other expenses for assigned car is Hotel’s concern. I also assign Ivy to you as your assistant who will be present in every meeting with you and learn from you about interrelationships. She will also “serve” as the witness on your behalf if somebody falsely try to accuse you for the things you didn’t say or didn’t do. She’ll be your body guard in the case you are physically attacked by ***opposite sex. (chuckling)
(*** for those who don’t know, my Prince can’t physically attack or hurt any female. He is raised that way)

When my Ivy heard this part she loudly screamed in joy and she lifted boss up and showered his face with numerous kisses and “Thank you”. She cried being very happy. I know how much she loves to be with my Prince and this is perfect for her. If she can, she’ll spend 48 hours a day with him. LOL. Boss’s wife cried too. I was very touched while my Prince was worried. My boss politely asked my Ivy to stop so he can finish his talk. Ivy sat in Prince’s lap and she sobbed and kissed him saying “I love you very much.” Boss continued:
- I will also increase your salary for 300 Euro. You will still be Eva’s and mine body guard and will be present on our meetings and travel with us on the business meetings in other cities and other countries. I decided to hire 5 more people that will join Ivy’s and Fran’s teams. Ivy, you and Prince will find your permanent substitutes and you will only oversee their work and they will be responsible to you. Son … mmm…. Your first task will be to find your replacement for the guitar course. Who will be that person it’s entirely up to you. I have no doubt that you will find adequate replacement for you and Ivy.
(short silence)
Boss: What do you say, my son? How this sound to you?
(short silence)
Prince was holding Ivy in his arms and he deeply sighed. Then he said:
- Dad, I’m very grateful to you for having so much trust in me, but I think I’m not that good as you see me and I don’t deserve the promotion and that position. No offense, but I can’t accept it.
Ivy (disappointingly): Hooneeeeeey????!!!!
Me (to boss): Please, sir, don’t listen to him! You know he is too modest and he is afraid that he will disappoint you!
B.W.: Prince, darling, if anyone is worthy of that position and responsibility, it is you. You’ve done 5 times more in one year working for us than dozens of people in decades.
Boss (sadly): Please, be quite everyone…………. (to Prince): Son, I’m not forcing you to anything and I respect your honesty and modesty…. But …... let me tell you something ………… Did you really think that I will give you such responsibility if I wouldn’t believe in you and if you didn’t prove yourself? ……. Before I made this decision, I talk to great number of experienced businessmen about you and your accomplishments and your shortcomings. Every single person, I repeat, EVERY SINGLE PERSON highly recommended you regardless of your age …… Son, you are naturally talented leader and organizer and I think you will make a big mistake if not accept this job.

(short silence)
Boss waited for his response and when he didn’t get it he sadly said:
I want you to at least think about it. If you will still refuse it, I will be sad, but I will respect your decision. I will not change on wore toward you.
(short silence)

My Ivy and I looked at him with tears in our eyes and Ivy hugged him firmly whispering she loves him. Then, boss’s wife greatly surprised us. She came to him, knelled before him and taking his hand into hers, she gently said:
- Prince, my son …….. my husband hasn’t trust anyone for decades before Eva started to work in the Hotel. When you came, you opened his eyes and returned his trust in the people again. Eva surely told you that my husband never visited anyone from the Hotel, not even her when she was ill or had a birthday and he never invited anyone in our house from the Hotel, but you. ……. He fell in love with your soul and heart …… You changed him on better, my son. He never loved anyone else as he loves you. That’s why he claimed you as our son ………. I beg you to think about his offer, for I know, there is no better person for this job then you…..
She placed her palms on his cheeks and she kissed him in the forehead. Then she returned to her seat. My Ivy and I cried. She was right. My Prince has something that rare people have. He is a magnet for people and he is very charismatic. He has no need to peruse anyone on anything (I’m not talking about bullies and vandals).

Prince didn’t say a word but his eyes were wet from tears. Boss waited few more moments and then he said:
- All right ….. let’s give him some time to think about it. Now, another thing……… Eva, I have a plan for you too. I want you to inscribe in master’s degree in Hotel management. The Hotel will pay for your education. Do you accept?
I was shocked and surprised, but I thanked him and I said I accept. The boss was pleased and he said that I can study in the office when we don’t have meetings and obligations. He looked at my Prince who was still in shock and in inner war about making decision.

Then my boss slapped his knees and said:
- Well this is it. See you tomorrow at the work, children.
He hugged me, then Ivy and then he hugged firmly my Prince. He whispered into his ear:
- I love you, my son.
My Prince started to cry and he said:
- I love you too, dad ……. I……..I ……. accept…… the job.
We all screamed in joy and we cried too. My boss showered his face with kisses and thanked him. Then they left. My Ivy and I jumped in joy kissing each other and my Prince being extremely happy for him. We both called our parents to tell them good news and invite them over for celebration.
While I called catering and ordering dishes and drinks, my Prince went to the balcony and sat on the chair being deeply in his thoughts. Boss’s good news was too much for him. He still couldn’t believe what is happening and he was worried. My Ivy went to reward him for promotion with kisses, love you’s and hugs being enormously happy, I wrote this diary to share our joy with you before our parents come for celebration.
