Mankar was the antagonist of Oblivon, he was the founder and head of Mythic Dawn, he summoned Mehrunes Dagon and his forces to lay waste on the Nirm. He was mostlikely a bosmer man before he reworked himself with Mehrunes's razor, he maked himself more like his ancestors the Ayleids, also implied to maked himself dragonborn to wear the amulets of king. He is rumored bastard son of the Camoran Usurper. His actions directly caused the Oblivion crisis wich have still effects on 4th Era.
