> It started as a tease of Mr. @Sir Bron and it turned into fucking annoying search. Namely, my Prince's father had a saying that he lived accordingly and he taught his son to do the same. The saying goes like this: "It's not important what I like, want, and makes me happy, but what you like, want, and makes you happy." I quoted this saying several times in my diaries but I can't find it now. I tried many combinations of the words using LL search, Google search, Yahoo search, and Bing but couldn't find them. So, what looked like a piece of cake at the beginning, started to piss me off since I spent hours to find it. No success so far. What is strange too is that the Word can't find it too. :classic_angry:

> I will not give up, but I have no more time to waste on this at present. If someone is willing to help me find it, please, do. I will be very grateful.
> Now that I thinking of maybe Mr. @Tirloque might help too if have time since he was having a backup of my few diary entries before I accidentally deleted one of my blogs.

"It's not important what I like, want, and makes me happy, but what you like, want, and makes you happy."

It sounds very much like Christian sayings mixed with self reflection and local proverbs. In my limited searches I couldn't find anything either. ?

> My Prince's father was a protestant theologian and had a Masters' degree in theology. That's why his saying is very Christianlike.

Since they are of sentimental value to you, I would advise you to make sure your have saved one or two copies of your diaries somewhere ; since I only have one copy (=risk of loss), and a partial one at that.

Regardless, I hope reading back this entry will bring good memories. :classic_wink:
