	A blog where I published my fallout 4 mod concept which adds mutations, cybernetics and abominations to the game. If anyone would be intrested in using my ideas and make a mod out of it feel free all I ask for is a little credit for the idea but you are free to do whatever you want with it! I have loads of ideas for mods however due to disabilities I find creating mods and coding to be very hard/ almost impossible to learn but still like to come up and document mods that I would create/ concepts I come up with

	Some people are desperate some people are crazy either way cybernetics are required and all some have are parts scavenged from robots!
</p>

	Any arm from the automaton dlc would be converted into a usable arm
</p>

<p>
	If these arms are a weapon the weapon will be locked as the characters weapon (I.e. a laser rifle arm off an automatron dlc robot will be the only weapon that can be held or used by the player.)
</p>

	Similar to arms legs from the dlc can also be added to the player however this will give a movement penalty to the player as well as a stealth debuffs due to the clunkiness of the makeshift cybernetics.
</p>

<p>
	How do prosthetics and cybernetics work?
</p>

<p>
	To begin with a limb must be replaced in order to install the replacement
</p>

<p>
	 
</p>

<p>
	How do you replace a limb?
</p>

<p>
	The mod would create its own durability system for all the current limbs and new ones (anus, crotch, breasts)
</p>

<p>
	Every time you break a limb (the normal fallout way) the mod would roll a check to see if you should lose that limb (blunt objects won’t cause a decapitation) (sharp objects plus the users strength will add to the chances of losing the limb
</p>

<p>
	If you don’t lose the limb you will get a strike towards that limb which will give you a debuffs towards set stats. For example, arms will reduce strength and weapon accuracy, legs will reduce stealth and AP recovery
</p>

<p>
	After a random number of strikes (between 3 and 10) the limb will be deemed unsavable meaning stim packs and doctors won’t be able to heal your injured limb and you will be recommended to see the cybernetic doc.
</p>

<p>
	For the new limbs
</p>

<p>
	anus, crotch, throat
</p>

<p>
	having an extreme amount sex (without allowing time to naturally heal) or taking damage to these areas of the body will lower these durability.
</p>

<p>
	Throat, butt
</p>

<p>
	Taking damage to these areas or experiencing severe trauma such as a super mutant or Deathclaw having anal sex or oral sex will cause damage to these areas as well.
</p>

<p>
	Stim packs can heal these areas just like normal parts of the body
</p>

<p>
	Once you have lost a limb or pick to have one amputated you must go and see a cybernetic doc located in bunker hill, diamond city or good neighbour and pay a high price to have the limb removed and prepared for a cybernetic (Fade to black limb will be removed and a metal circle where the cybernetics will be wired too will appear.) If you lose your right arm you will not be able to use weapons at all so it is very very highly suggested to get a replacement ASAP.
</p>

<p>
	Once your limb area has been prepared you will have to bring or buy a prosthetic from the doctor to have it installed. This would cost a lot of money if not more than having your limb removed.
</p>

<p>
	After a fade to black and some time has passed the new prosthetic and any buffs and abilities are added to the player.
</p>

<p>
	If you want to be a cheap skate or that lump of mush and skin is causing you problems you can always perform the amputation yourself!
</p>

<p>
	with a sharp object in your inventory (knife, machete, sword, saw, ripper) you can activate the new aid item “amputate” which will bring up some prompts
</p>

<p>
	Pick your tool for the job
</p>

<p>
	Do it yourself or your companion
</p>

<p>
	Use meds (Med-X, stim pack, psycho) to numb the pain
</p>

<p>
	Bandage wound? (use cloth in inventory to cover the wound after to stop bleeding)
</p>

	The best item to use would be a ripper as it would be quick, a clean cut and easy to cover and stop bleeding, however, sometimes all you have is a switch blade which will make the job take longer and have the risk of causing heavy bleeding.
</p>

<p>
	Heavy bleeding will slowly drain the players HP and leave a blood trail. Stealth will be harder and the player will make groans of pain and get blurry vision.
</p>

<p>
	After the decisions have been made and confirmed an animation will begin to play of either the PC or companion preparing the weapon and bringing it towards the limb before fade to black. After sometime the PC will wake up hopefully safe and bandaged up with the limb now an item in their inventory. At least all you need to pay for is the installation of cyber wear now!
</p>

<p>
	If things go extremely wrong you could either die or wake up at a cybernetic doctor with a much bigger dent in your caps balance or in a major debt with the cybernetics doc.
</p>

<p>
	Going into debt with a cybernetic doctor can be costly on your appearance, health and sanity let alone your caps.

	<span style="font-size:12pt;">This mod would contain lots of new items that can be brough, sold and scavenged which will allow a load of new features and abilities to enhance your gameplay and develop your character beyond human abilities. This mod will also allow you to create a new injectable substance called a “Mutagen” which will allow you to develop new abilities that you can inject yourself or others with using the new tools and weapons. </span>

</p>

	<span style="font-size:12pt;">Mutations: Added like a stat effect like addiction and some will have appearance changers and force equipped items onto the player to show mutation. </span>

	<span style="font-size:12pt;">Mutations would work similar to sexlab parasites for </span><span style="font-size:16px;">Skyrim. (Mutations are equippable clothing pieces that are locked to being equipped on the character.)</span>

	<span style="font-size:12pt;">Mutagen lab (Crafting station) - Used to create the Mutagen cells. Available to be crafted after discovering blueprints in the Rad-Tec facility. </span>
</p>

	<span style="font-size:12pt;">&gt; <strong>Mutagen (Speed)</strong> - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Gives the player +5 agility. Increase users move speed to 1.3</span>
</p>

	<span style="font-size:12pt;">&gt; <strong>Mutagen (Perception)</strong> - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Gives the player +5 perception. Gives the user a togglable organic recon sensor. Gives player slight VAT chance increase.</span>

	<span style="font-size:12pt;">&gt; <strong>Mutagen (chameleon)</strong> - Gives the user the chameleon legendary effect whenever crouched (works while moving too).</span>

	After the second World War and the focus on nuclear power, the side effects of radiation became a big focus as well. Hidden from the eyes of the public, the government began researching radiation and experimenting to see if they can use radiation to create a greater weapon. A sub company from Vault-Tec, called Rad-Tec became the number one employee of the government working on radiation. After years of working in their Vault-Tec approved lab vault, the scientists were able to create a new weapon. Government agents were sent to the vault to find the scientists had a man sealed in a hospital room. Before the agents could leave, they hear a loud psychotic scream. Looking back the agents see the man smashing and destroying the room with inhuman strength. Then the man began punching at the door. In a panic, the scientists call for security as they began to flee, the agents drew their supressed pistols preparing to shoot the test subject. The lock wasn’t strong enough, the man caused the vault door to open, as he stepped out into the hallway the agents opened fire. The agents unloaded their guns into the man but the man felt nothing. No pain, no reaction. The man ran at such a speed the agents weren’t able to react, one by one the man punched the agents in the chest sending them flying into the walls. Finally the heavy security arrived, two black-ops trained soldiers in vault-tec painted power Armor equipped with heavy machine guns, instantly they began laying down fire ripping into the man, eventually the left leg of the man was finally ripped off from the amount of bullet wounds. Dropping to the ground the man was not giving up, together, the soldiers grapple the man and inject him with a sedative so strong it would kill a normally person. Struggling to resist the man dents the power armour chest pieces before fainting from the sedatives. After disposing of the test subject in a more secure cell, the scientists check on the agents. 2 of the 6 agents were barely alive, the others suffered broken spines, necks and other injuries causing them to die. Securing the agents in the medical ward, it was established both the soldiers were paralysed from the neck down from their injuries. With the approval of the government, the scientists now had two new test subjects. Injecting the agents with their “mutagen” the agents were isolated in rooms where they are studied to see the effects on them. After some more years in development, Rad-Tec had created its first set of mutagens ready for field testing. A selection of soldiers were transferred to the facility where they were injected and trained on their new abilities. Some had super strength, some had super speed, others had invisibility and others could detect life. A team of 8 soldiers, 2 of each, were created. After weeks of recovery and training they were sent in for field testing.

	Armed with the standard US military equipment the 8 soldiers were sent into the heart of soviet Russia to infiltrate a R&amp;D bunker located in the frost lands. After being dropped off a boat 10 miles from shore, the squad made their way to land and then to the facility. When would have taken a week minimum to walk, took the squad 4 days. Avoiding all civilisation, the squad arrived undetected. Using their super vision combined with the invisibility the soldiers worked and communicated flawlessly, taking out the exterior defences without alerting anyone. Moving into the facility, the super strength was used to force open any locked doors and thanks to the super speed soldiers they were able to react to any threats on the other side of the doors before they could react remaining undetected. Reaching the main data storage room, the soldiers began loading up their packs with files and folders marked “classified” in Russian while the techs, the super vision soldiers, began creating holotape copies of the terminals. As they prepare to continue further into the facility, the alarm was triggered. The network had detected the soldiers’ copying files and had alerted security. Moving further into the facility the soldiers utilised all their abilities together to take out any and all opponents without any concerns. Eventually, they all approached the main lab facility. It was a massive hall with metal chairs, computers and other instruments and tools lining the walls. In the chairs were naked male and female bodies were strapped down lifeless with needles, wires and tubes sticking out of various parts of the bodies. On closer inspection, the soldiers noticed parts of the bodies had been replaced with metal and computerised limbs. The soldiers had never seen or heard of such advanced prosthetics. They began taking photos on mini cameras while the others began creating holotape copies of the records. With the whole facility now on alert to them in the facility it was only a matter of time before they are surrounded. Inspecting the prosthetics closers some of the soldiers note Russian and Chinese writing on documents and stamps on the prosthetics. As one of the strength soldiers looks closer to a prosthetic arm on a bodybuilder, the arm snaps out crushing the soldier’s skull instantly killing him! The test subjects looks over at the American soldiers, artificial eyes glowing red, he stands up and slowly begins walking towards the soldiers. The soldiers, unload entire magazines into the man before he drops to the floor from a calculated headshot blowing an artificial eye through the back of his head the man drops to floor. Before they could react more of the test subjects began to wake up. Some had replacement arms, some had replacements eyes, other had full metal faces and others had replacement legs. The Americans began firing upon the subjects as they raised from their chairs. Thankfully, most went down with a few shots to the body and head, however, the ones with a metal face proved to be bulletproof and not register pain. Running low on ammo, the last strength solider swiftly kicked the metal face in the legs, decapitating the legs in a swift kick before stamping repeatedly on her head until she stopped moving. Alone again for a moment, the soldiers decided to take the augments back with them. Using his strength, the solider was able to remove the augments with pure strength. Loading all the parts into a makeshift sack, made out of the dead Americans shirt and belt, the strength solider threw the bag over one shoulder and lifted his dead brother over the other. Unarmed the others had to protect the solider as they escaped. Making their way to the exit, the soldiers came across no resistance until they get off the elevator and prepared to leave the bunker. Using their super vision, the soldiers detected life signs on surrounding the bunker. Coming up with a plan the speedsters and cloakers prepared to exit the bunker. Once outside, the cloakers began focusing on the firing squads positioned on the door while the speedsters took care of the snipers. Everything was going to plan, until one of the speedsters stabbed a sniper in the neck. The Russian soldiers huffed, the speedster grabbed the soldier’s neck and snapped it 180 degrees around revealing another metal face. The soldiers starred at the speeder. Stunned at seeing another metal face a loud bang echoes out as the metal face fired its anti-material rifle straight through the speedster’s chest point-blank killing him instantly. Rotating his head back around the metal face took aim at the other speedster before shooting him in the leg. Running at such a speed caused the speedster to trip landing face first in the dirt grinding across it until he hit a tree at 60mph. With the speedsters down, the cloakers took cover, just in case. In complete shock, the squad began to panic. Alone on Russian soil, the soldiers knew they had to escape! Working together, the cloakers were able to sneak up and ambush the metal face sniper. Shots rang out as they struggled with the metal faces inhuman strength, reflexes and senses. Eventually, they were able to disarm the metal face and throw him from his sniper perch to the ground below. With the final sniper disarmed the soldiers with enhanced senses exited behind strength taking out any remaining soldiers. With broken legs the metal face struggled to stand allowing strength to stamp on the soldier’s head until he stopped moving. Grabbing their belongings, the exhausted soldiers began making their way to their extraction zone. Using a hijacked Russian military truck, the squad arrived at the extraction in less than a day where a black-ops stealth virtibird was waiting to pick up the squad. The squad was escorted back to the Rad-Tec facility for monitoring and medical care while the government went over the collected information, data and recovered prosthetics. From the success of the mission, Rad-Tec was granted additional contracts to continue creating super soldiers and creating new and stronger mutagens for use by the military. The project was kept as one of the highest military and government secrets before the start of the great war.

	Following the success of their mutagen project, Vault-Tec was offered the chance to research and develop the recovered prosthetics. Under the new name Prost-Tec the company began reverse engineering and studying the various prosthetic limbs recovered from the mission. Once functioning prototypes were created, the company gained permission to take Prost-Tec public with the American public advertising themselves as Prosthetic design and developers to aid the public and those in need. With their Prost-Tec stamped prototypes, they began employing the public to staff their office in Boston. This allowed them more freedom as the company was no longer employing government approved or a pointed experts. Soon enough, the company was producing and selling prosthetic arms and legs which acted and functioned exactly like the original limb that was lost. The company continued to develop cybernetic spines and artificial eyes to help those who were paralysed/blind. While they were looking good in the public eye, the original purpose of Prost-Tec was in full production. Beneath the building on a restricted floor was the entrance to another vault. Vault: Prost-Tec written on the vault door. Inside this vault the prosthetics were being enhanced and weaponised. Your artificial eye might allow you to see but the team in the vault was developing the exact eye to have thermal vision and be able to detect life signs through walls. Your new right arm which allows you to literally have a right arm was being developed to being able to crush a human skull in a twitch or throw a small car out of the user’s path. The mutagen project was allowing a massive success in enhanced soldiers, however, most of those soldiers were still human and once injured they had to be “disposed” of. However, with these weaponised prosthetics, soldiers who were injured (both mutated and normal) would have the chance to continue fighting for their country was these prosthetics. Completely new prosthetics, began to be developed both for public and military use, however, these were to be kept a secret. The public knew about the super strength prosthetics, however, once a solider retired all their prosthetics were replaced for free with civilian issued prosthetics. Some of the new prosthetics developed were a cybernetic arm with a built in 10mm pistol that was fired through the cybernetic hands knuckle (the user fired the weapon using their mind). Similarly, they created a flame thrower version as well as a hacker’s module, which allowed the user to hack into any locked terminal equal to or lower than the grade of cybernetic they had. Other examples were jet propelled cybernetic legs allowing a covert jetpack. These covert cybernetics had both a metallic version as well as a covert “skin” version allowing the user to hide their cybernetics as a standard limb. These special limbs allowed covert missions to be executed safer as no weapons were detectable thanks to the cybernetics. Those extremely dedicated to serving their country or were forced into service, due to serious crimes being committed and sentenced to military service instead of life in prison, would undergo surgery to remove limbs and have them replaced with cybernetics. The most noticeable group that underwent surgery was the secret service, allowing them to have guns available to protect the president not matter the situation, and spy, who went undercover in other countries. Even though the cybernetic project was kept air tight with every member being thoroughly checked, rumours of these special cybernetics and cyberwar began to spread. Other companies, most noticeably RobCo began designing their own cybernetics integrating “special augmentations” into the public versions. “Why should the government get to pick who has a super strong arm? Have a RobCo issued strength arm and watch the government struggle to remove your arm legally and literally!” RobCo public versions were obviously better than the Prost-Tec public versions, however, they were not nearly as good as the military graded prosthetics or even the special forces graded prosthetics. RobCo didn’t just design their own versions of already established prosthetics, under there sub company CyberCo they began creating their own original prosthetics, such as prosthetics for “adult entertainment.” They began designing and developing cybernetic breasts, vaginas and penises. You could probably imagine what these cybernetics allowed in the porn industry and peoples personal lives. Prost-Tec saw the potential these sorts of prosthetics could have. With forged documents given by the government as a favour, they began creating their own Prost-Tec sexual prosthetics. These included their own breasts, vaginas and penises, as well as creating sexual versions of some of their more “secret” projects such as a hand that could be converted into a dildo. These two companies battled it out creating their own prosthetics and copying the other until the great war. Prost-Tec began developing military and secret service prosthetic breasts, vaginas and penises. The government was hesitant at first, but accepted that having augments sexual “parts” could be extremely useful, especially with the rise of sex crimes being committed in war zones and sex being used as a method for spies. In terms of prosthetic breasts, Prost-Tec created versions that could fire a liquid project containing either a paralysing or poisoning agent or even acid. Vaginas allowed users to collect and store sperm samples for DNA collection and other projects, allowed the vagina to act as an interrogation tool (nothing like interrogating someone with their cock being crushed or stabbed with tiny needles inside of a sexy American spy) and even flush the body out of any toxins or deadly agents that had entered the agents body. Similar to the prosthetic penis, the penis can be used to collect DNA samples from the Virginia or be used as an interrogation tool. (You never know if his cock is too big or being used as an interrogation tool). By the start of the great war almost every part of the human body could be augmented, weaponised or enhanced sexually, including asses and throats!

	The Russians and Chinese were not going to let their facility be attacked go unpunished. Together the two countries created the Communist Cybernetics projects. They developed their own versions of the American prosthetics, some where developed by the communists first but the Americans were unaware of the project. soon enough, they had advanced their cybernetics enough to go undetected by Americans and launched their attack. For years, cybernetically enhanced communist soldiers infiltrated America, allowing them to plant spies and cells all across the country. Without the need of visible weapons they were all seen as defectors or foreigner. Once they had an established covert base and safehouses dotted around Boston, they prepared their attack. Using metal faces as their main brute forces, the communist augmented force (CAF) assaulted Fort Hagen and interrogated the officials until they got the location of their Prosthetic development facility. With the location of Prost-Tec discovered, CAF killed any survivors at Fort Hagen before making their way to Prost-Tec. With there newly developed metal face v2, these soldiers were virtually unstoppable as the augments increased the wearers pain resistance to almost zero, even if the person dies the mask is designed to keep the wearer going, in a feral ghoul like state. Upon arrival at Prost-Tec, the CAF agents began killings everyone in sight, even civilians and innocent staff members who worked on the civilian prosthetics. No one survived the massacre. Upon arriving at the elevator, the head of security allowed them down revealing himself as a communist agent! As they enter the vault they massacred everyone while only losing a single metal mask which activated its feral mode. As they slaughter everyone inside the building they get a notification on their communication implants. “Communist Nuclear Weapons Launch Imminent.” This notification was sent to give them enough time to return to their CAF base which contained a small nuclear shelter as well as cryo pods for the agents to survive the attack in. Every communist safehouse was either inside or near a communist ran business or building which supplied shelter and other services for the agents when needed, this included nuclear shelters and cryo pods. Once the nuclear fallout was over the CAF were prepared to begin taking over the remains of the nuked wasteland that was once America.
