Ivy will sometimes ask you for your opinion on things. Some of these questions can be trivial, others can mean a great deal to Ivy. How you respond to these questions will affect how Ivy thinks about you and your relationship going forward.

Saying Yes or No will sometimes be wrong and sometimes be right depending on the question and it's context.
A neutral answer (e.g. 'Let me think about it') will always result in 0 affinity change (e.g. you can 'bail' out of any question by saying 'let me think about it).
