Speak to Adrianne Avenicci, the blacksmith in Whiterun.

Read the note about Orcs that Adrianne gives you.

Seek out the Orcs of Largashbur.  

You must now complete the vanilla quest "The Cursed Tribe". You will clear Malacath's Shrine within Fallowstone Cave.

After completing the quest, speak with Atub in Largashbur.

Next, speak with Gularzob in Largashbur.

Head to the Orc Stronghold of Mor Khazgur.

Speak to Chief Larak in Mor Khazgur.

Speak to Borgakh the Steel Heart in Mor Khazgur.

Take Borgakh as your follower.  Head to the Orc Stronghold of Narzulbur.

Speak to Chief Mauhulakh at Narzulbur.

Speak to Borgakh the Steel Heart again.

Speak with Dushnamub at Narzulbur.

Speak with Bolar at Narzulbur.

Speak with Yatul at Narzulbur.

Speak to Borgakh the Steel Heart again.

Take Borgakh to Malacath's Shrine in Fallowstone Cave.

Complete the conversations and love making with Borgakh at Malacath's Shrine.

Return to see Chief Mauhulakh at Narzulbur.

Return to Adrianne in Whiterun.

Speak to Borgakh the Steel Heart a final time.

STAGE 5 - Adrianne Avenicci, the blacksmith in Whiterun, has some problem she could use help with. I should ask about it.

STAGE 10 - Adrianne Avenicci has given me a note to read. I should take a look.

STAGE 15 - I am to seek out the Orcs of Largashbur and find out what they know about Mauhulakh.

STAGE 20 - (Blocked on vanilla quest)

STAGE 25 - (vanilla quest had already been completed)

STAGE 30 - (Speak to Atub)

STAGE 35 - (Speak to Gularzob)

STAGE 40 - I am to seek out Chief Larak at Mor Khazgur and discover if Mauhulakh is after his daughter.

STAGE 45 - Chief Larak says I should take his daughter with me to Narzulbur, for she will help me discover Mauhulakh's curse.

STAGE 50 - (speak to Mauhulakh)

STAGE 55 - Mauhulakh seems to be cursed. He has had many wives, all of which have died. I should ask around Narzulbur for clues.

STAGE 60 - (Speak with Dushnamub)

STAGE 65 - (Speak with Bolar)

STAGE 70 - (Speak with Yatul)

STAGE 75 - I suspect that Mauhulakh's wives were actually murdered, and there is no curse. Bolar and Yatul may be the murderers. I have a plan to keep more brides away from Narzulbur.

STAGE 80 - (Take Borgakh to Malacath's Shrine in Fallowstone Cave)

STAGE 85 - (Speak with Borgakh at Malacath's Shrine)

STAGE 90 - Borgakh and I return now to Narzulbur. I must tell Mauhulakh about his curse.

STAGE 95 - I can return to Adrianne in Whiterun, now. Mauhulakh will trade ebony ore with her.

STAGE 100 - My mission among the Orcs is complete, and I have found a new lover among them.

STAGE 105 - Clean-up stage
