CE-Check -- checks your Captivity Events install
================================================

WHAT IT DOES
Double-click CE-Check.bat. It looks at your Bannerlord Modules folder and tells you:

  - which build of each Captivity Events pack you have, and whether the repair pack's
files are on it (or an older repair zip, or none)
  - whether each pack's pictures are all there, and which download is missing if not
(BC Captor's pictures come in six zips; Boukensha's in two)
  - pictures that events ask for but that are not installed, and which download has them
  - event files Captivity Events will refuse to load, and how many events that loses
  - which CE modules are ticked in the launcher, and whether their order is right
  - another mod replacing the map-notification icons, which turns CE's notifications (or
that mod's own) into a plain blue square, and what fixes it
  - downloads extracted into the wrong place, and DLLs Windows has blocked

It only reads. It never changes, moves or deletes anything in your game.

WHEN ASKING FOR HELP
It writes CE-Check-Report.txt next to CE-Check.bat (or on your Desktop if it cannot).
Paste that whole file. The report hides your Windows user folder.

The report ends with a stack code, like CE-2C28-E3DB. Two installs with the same code
have the same Captivity Events setup, so that is the quickest way to tell whether
someone's problem can be reproduced.

IF IT CANNOT FIND THE GAME
Steam and GOG installs are found on their own. Otherwise, open a command prompt in this
folder and give it the game folder:

    CE-Check.bat -GamePath "D:\Games\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord"

WHAT THE TAGS MEAN
  [OK ] fine
[INFO] worth knowing, nothing to fix
[WARN] probably not what you want: an outdated or missing repair, pictures missing
[FAIL] something is broken: a download not installed, a file CE will throw away,
the wrong load order, a folder in the wrong place

WHAT IT KNOWS ABOUT
It compares against the downloads and repair builds the repair pack was made from:
CE core 1.4.5, CE Defaults 1.2.8 and 1.3.13, BC Captor (the_big_weeb's 1.0.12 and
SkipWestcott's original), Boukensha's Binder 1.3.11, SadSun's (the original and the
repaired "Ciri" build), Bandit Expansion Improved, Arena Fighter 1.2.9, and the repair
builds 20260831, 20260906 and 20260914. Advanced Slavery and BHOP are recognised by their
repair builds; their pictures are not checked. A build it does not know is reported
with the closest one it does.

Keep ce-check-data.txt in the same folder as CE-Check.ps1: that is its reference.
