2.7.0 — 2026-09-29
- Corrective rebuild restoring all 2.6.79 DDM helper definitions removed by the unsafe 2.6.80 reachability prune.
- Keeps the verified nonsexual Proscription age-gate removal and all 2.6.42 GUI/war/command-school fixes.

2.6.42 — 2026-09-29
- Removed DDM's custom age-10 floor from the nonsexual Dynastic Command School. Minor-only list structure remains.
- Preserves 2.6.41 recovery-war throttling, full GUI/pagination/tooltips, and shell alignment.

2.6.41 - recovery-war, age-gate and UI completion pass
- Reworked War to Recover the Kidnapped so it is an exceptional scripted consequence rather than an AI-spammable CB. The CB itself is event-only (`ai = no`).
- AI recovery now requires a politically important close relation, refuses stronger opponents, obeys the existing Dynastic Kidnapping game rule, and uses multi-year attacker/defender cooldowns. Each captive is considered once instead of receiving repeated rerolls.
- Writ Hostage recovery no longer retries every 30 days or escalates toward 95%. Each hostage/coercion state receives one recovery-war decision and shares the same rule-aware cooldown system.
- Audited DDM's other custom war: Grand Capitulation remains a player-triggered/event-only coalition response and cannot be selected by the generic AI CB planner.
- Added pagination to the Force Designated Heir candidate list so large dynasties cannot push the Household Office footer outside the window.
- Preserved and completed the prior GUI containment/tooltips/pager pass, including the embedded Living Market.
- Removed custom adult gates from nonsexual generic kidnapping and generic Proscription paths, and removed the stale Adult requirement display from Grand Capitulation. Relationship/romantic Proscriptions remain adult-only.
- Normalized the Unfaithful Lover Proscription path to 18+ consistently in its player, trigger, and AI scans.

2.6.40 - DDM shell/alignment pass
- Matched the Domain Office outer shell to Dominion's proven window insets: 1120x800 frame, 24x18 inner margin, inset title block, and contained Close control.
- Reduced the permanent navigation rail to compact 120px controls while keeping every sidebar button uniform.
- Compacted department subtabs by group (Settlement 150px, Dynasty 136px, Realm 126px) so they fit their labels without stretching across the content pane.
- Increased page-area right/bottom clearance so footer actions remain inside the decorated frame at UI scaling.
- Tightened Crown Estate footer controls (Discard Changes / Record the Crown Estate) to content-sized widths and added footer clearance.
- Applied the same shell/footer containment to every Domain Office page; no gameplay logic changed.

2.6.39
- Full Domain Office GUI/functionality audit, not a single-page patch.
- Permanent left navigation is now a compact uniform 132px column; Marriage Planner/Habsburg sidebar controls no longer widen that column.
- Added missing Hunter sort tooltips.
- Living Market bridge now exposes cached pagination on Buy, owned slaves, buyers, marriage subjects, marriage partners, and workforce lists.
- Every embedded market pager has First / Previous / Next / Last controls, including a direct jump to the cheapest end of a High-to-Low Buy sort.
- Reflowed the narrow Sell sort strip into two rows so controls fit their panel.
- Added optional bridge stubs for every new pager action so DDM still parses cleanly when Living Market is not installed.

2.6.38
- Full Domain Office GUI containment pass across every page, not only Recipients.
- All expanding list panes can now shrink before footer/action rows are displaced.
- Added consistent bottom gutters to every office page and fixed sidebar-note clearance.
- Corrected compact tab/sort button label containment.
- Gameplay logic unchanged.

Dynastic Domain Manager 2.6.36
- Shortened fixed-width Domain Office button labels that could overhang their controls; underlying actions and tooltips are unchanged.
- Preserved the existing 2.6.35 auto-education cadence, proscription systems, kidnapping expedition logic, and capture capacity.
- Kidnapping still supports expedition-scaled capture capacity up to 25; the separate four-success value remains the yearly expedition quota, not a captive cap.
- Preserved the no-set_employer imprisonment path that avoids immediate court-transfer spikes.

Dynastic Domain Manager 2.6.33

Performance / kidnapping
- Kidnapping capture no longer calls set_employer immediately before imprisoning every victim. Imprisonment alone establishes custody; this removes one major court/state transition per captive and avoids doubling downstream on-actions during large multi-captive raids.
- Recovery-war victory still explicitly returns released DDM captives to the offended ruler's court.
- Capture capacity remains unchanged: large expeditions can still exceed four captives according to expedition capacity.

UI
- Retains 2.6.32's Dynastic Domain Office button sizing/alignment corrections.
