respitikoi = { # (caspian sea, pseudo-right) Birthplace of Antideleuvia's first human empress, Tamar. As the empire aged, in the early days of prehistory, the Sirens found themselves falling more and more into an obsession with self-pleasure and debauchery. The local siren queen of Astrakhan, on the empire's eastern border, imbued her human general, Tamar, in the ritual of feritility that allowed her peoples to absorb magic into their wombs and thus cast magic. In exchange, Tamar took control of the duties of rulership in the queen's name, effectively becoming empress of the region. Over time, the siren elite would retreat entirely from the burdens of leadership, leaving their human priestesses to rule Antideleuvia in their stead for the last thousand years of its existence. Though this deal would eventually lead to incessant civil war and the empire's decline, this arrangement initially instigated a prolonged golden age, with many of the empire's greatest achievements occurring in this period.

# General locations: Russia, with the capital of the empire being in the aegean. Individuals of this religion gain the ability to start a super empire (think rome) that combines Russia + Khazaria + the duchy of the Aegean islands (as the de jure capital). Gets similar expansion events as rome, too, but only for coastal regions outside the dejure. Mare nostrum! The Aegean capital will gain instant development to 20 and change culture to antideleuvian if possible.
