Serene Shores v1.1 ReadMe

First of all, thank you for downloading my mod! I hope you enjoy it :)

V1.1 Changelist

Home is now called "Summer Retreat" instead of Jorrvaskr.
Added basement with four chests, four mannequins, and three weapon racks. Also a small pool with 3 small waterfalls.
Added sand pool outside, with a diving rock and two more log benches. (send me your screenshots!)
Added spell tome for teleportation, found on the Enchanting table.
Added apothecary satchels and barrels for storage of ingredients, potions, poisons, and enchanting supplies.
Added a little bit of foliage.
Various minor fixes, including ropes on the boat dock.
You still don't own the food and plates on the main table. Just imagine that it belongs to your followers or something.

-----------

The mod should not be considered lore-friendly. I designed it in the spirit of summer and its main function will be for screenshots.
Being my first mod, there are bound to be bugs. If you find anything unusual that isn't listed in the "things to know" section below, leave a comment on the nexus.

How to install-

Copy the data folder into your main skyrim directory. It's only two textures for the sand, so if that somehow doesn't work, the correct path should look as follows.
Steam->Steamapps->common->Skyrim->Data->textures->landscape
Place the .esp file inside your data folder.
Steam->Steamapps->common->Skyrim->Data

Where to find-

In Riften, the training grounds to the left of Mistveil Keep. There will be a porthole hatch in between a target dummy and some barrels. Now there is a teleport spell found on the enchanting table within the home.

Things to know-

Torches light the sand one-way at night. I'm not sure why, but you'll understand what I mean better if you try it.
The 'house' is still called "Jorvasskar" because I duped the interior, which apparently puts the name on lockdown.
One of the doors doesn't work, but there are three others so I don't think it's that big of a deal.
Being a dupe of Jorvasskar, not everything inside will belong to the player. The chests and wardrobe in the main bedroom belong to the player, but most of the clutter (food, plates, sacks, and barrels) will cause you to steal if you take from them.
There are four double beds inside the house, meaning it can house 8 followers if that's where you want them. 9 if you share your own bed with one.
The bedroom features 12 small chests and 1 wardrobe(unnamed, you've gotta organize yourself. Still learning how to do custom named stuff).
The bedroom features an anvil for smithing, a tanning rack, and an alchemy and enchanting workbench.
At the current moment, everything here is made with vanilla skyrim assets(except the sand, which is a simple recolor of the dark gray vanilla sand).

Well, that should cover it for now. This wouldn't have been possible without glorious youtube tutorials from
