  1. np If you want, you could send me the patreon or wip version and I'll go through all dialogue (and the extra scenes) (having the complete file helps a lot) and locate misplaced pictures for you (and if it's the wip-version maybe find bugs pre-release)
  2. After ripping apart your compiled files I managed to locate it: Day 14, "Call James", "That would be great! If you send it to me before tomorrow I'll send it two Dwayne right away, or otherwise after our vacation."

  4. @SlavesOfLove It's totally fine to ask for payment, noone wants to work for free but as I said, in my opinion you've gone too far in the ad-direction... I'm old enough to remember a time when a demo was a slice of the full game. that's why I suggested limiting access to just the first slave (you could limit some things, like positions, whips, jobs, etc just for the demo), so we know what we'll get if we spend the money
  5. @Perverteer didn't realize 17.1 was public just downloaded it and looking forward to those 2 new days (I'll probably do a fresh run and not skip dialogue to find typos and such... just because you asked so nicely ?) Have to say, if this is you being inexperienced, you are indeed someone to keep an eye on. I'm usually not in the target audience for VN, but your artwork intrigued me and you done good.
  6. So, I gave the demo a swirl and I have to say, I'm not impressed... Here's why: With that out of the way, some suggestions to make this constructive criticism instead of just being negative I hope this is helpfull and I don't just come off like an asshole

Some corrections: - It's "in myriad ways", not "in a myriad of ways" - there's a "two" instead of "to" somewhere in the first 10 days (IIRC) - When Liza is fighting with Brody, you go check it out, but then leave again at the door, Liza still comes to thank you "for earlier" - If you spend Day 9 at home, Rachel still brings up Mrs. Steel - James' pants have some clipping issues and Susans' forehead has some nasty "blemishes" at the start of your trip to the ruins Now for the fun part, suggestions! - Liza doesn't fit in. You've got a quite freeminded family, Susan being , Bella , Rachel being open to experimantation with her friends and then you have the nun-like Liza... stretches the imagination... - Right at the start you give the options to hug/kiss everyone, but build in a game-over screen... way too soon. Rather, make it have long term consequences. - On a similar note, you mostly give two options: good or bad. That's kind of boring, since you just have to check the stats before and after and just pick the better one. This would introduce a lot of complexity, but how about separating the "Trust" and "Corruption" stats? As an example, let's take Liza. - As mentioned by reakktor, the disconnect between pictures and the text can be jarring, off the top of my head I recall a one-liner with Sasha where it says she undoes her top button, but the picture doesn't change until she's topless. - Please don't use "her sex"... that just feels wrong; at least refer to "her genitals". Also throw in some "tip" instead of glans at some points That's that for now, I may be able to hunt down more typos/bad pictures later
  8. So, I finally figured it out... it's not NPCBedVaultLay02, but DLC06WorkshopNPCBedVaultLay02... Now, before I start screwing around with esps and cobjs and the resulting furniture, I'd like to address the issue in the XML... but it says <default source="Fallout4.esm">... from what I can tell from dagobakings bitbucked, I need to add source="whatever.esm" to each individual item, since I no longer have a singular source. My question now is, can I simply make a free-floating xml (named something like "leito_dlc_furnitureData.xml") with DLC06-whateverthename.esm as default source with the correct references and AAF will parse that or must I edit the existing leito_furnitureData.xml?
  9. checked that and the animation is supposed to use the bed (unless I made a doo-doo in the xmls I excerpted for dagobaking)
  10. Only vanilla beds, it used to work on the mattresses as well that you find lying around, but not anymore... I'll double-check tho I'd like to throw some code at you, if you don't mind, since I messed around in the xmls and maybe I screwed something up... edit: checked for the bed, it's there (NPCBedVaultLay02)

Sadly, no I built a couple of beds around me, started the mod-initiated animation and my pc still walked out the building, into another building and used (occupied) shackles removed those shackles, tried again, just used the ground... NPCs don't use beds either, except to sleep edit: which reminds me, they used to... I'll check ingame settings, maybe I accidentally changed something
  12. @dagobaking @Kythana sorry to link you, but I hope one of you is able to help me with a tiny issue... how do I tell AAF to use a bed for animations? it's either using furniture (chairs, tables, couches) or the ground. but never any beds or mattresses. now, I do know how to tell AAF through the wizard to use a bed, but with mods initiating the animations, they never get picked. I'm also aware of the default_furniture_preference in the settings, but that affects beds as well, doesn't it?
  13. the logic is, the notification shouldn't be more disruptive than the issue (as an analogy, you don't set someone on fire to notify them there's smoke in the room ) from the message alone, I'd have to assume it's aaf... in the mainpost in this thread, I can see error 16 and 34 have usable information built in. I've found you can have all the short, cryptic errormessages you want, as long as the user never sees them. but as soon as it's user-facing, be verbose
  14. true, but that's why you replace the disruptive message with a notification. if it's an issue, it'll be fixed by the user/author didn't know that. care to elaborate where I can find those settings? "AAF Error: [011] Action ID "ff_activity" not found." as a user, I have no clue what an action id is, or what ff_activity means... I know it's not there, but the animation continued anyway...
