  1. VR headsets have much more peripheral vision, so you need to set the FoV much higher to get it looking the same as it does on a monitor. With FoV at 65 it's like playing the game looking through a telescope. I had no problems with your mod in VR with the FoV at 120, as this FoV is designed to simulate the vanilla Skyrim look and feel, so there's no need to make another version. I had no problems with you mod, Skyrim however had low frame rates, looked terrible, and was incredibly nauseous to play. I wouldn't recommend it.
  2. Helmet Toggle, or another mod that hides helmets? I just got a HTC Vive so looking forward to trying this in VR with vorpX! Not sure if it will like the FoV settings though as VR FoV needs to be around 120. Anyone tried with with the Vive or Rift yet?
  3. All that part of the Frostfall code does is check if a armour piece uses slot 52, which all main pieces are if you use SoS, and checks it as not valid armour for the wear system. Removing those 3 lines simply allows Frostfalls wear system to recognize main armor pieces. It works for me, and it only modifies Frostfall itself, not SoS, the armour, or anything to do with Sexlab so I can't see how it would affect those.
  4. FYI to make SoS compatible with Frostfall: Open Frostfall in the Creation Kit Go to Gameplay>Papyrus Script Manager open _de_clothingmonitor_1_7.psc scroll to near the bottom and add a ';' to before the 3 lines for slot 52. It should read: ;elseif LogicalAnd(mySlotMask, akArmor.kSlotMask52) ;FrostfallDebug(5, "This equipment has slot kSlotMask52, which is NOT valid armor, returning false!") ;return false save the file. right click _de_clothingmonitor_1_7.psc and click compile. Frostfall should then work as intended with SoS.
  5. Great work, looking forward to it's continuation. - The door to the guard barracks in Morthal remains locked after being released from the jail so you cannot leave. - The beating kills me almost every time, I assume down to some other mod (SkyRe?). TIM in console to toggle immortal mode works around this, but does break immersion. Is it possible to script TIM during the beatings? - Personal preference, but a beating every hour seems a little excessive, perhaps every 24 hours or so would be more reasonable. - Would be nice if the decals remained longer, but I would not know if that is possible. I've also removed the option to pay your bounty in my game so that if you commit a crime you're going to jail unless you resist. I think it would work well included in the mod, but agree that it is not for everyone.
  6. I think I have that already Baconsama if you are referring to FastExit2.dll. I do get a background 'ding' occasionally when it prevents a crash, but crashes are still far more common. Thanks for the advice gregathit. I had tried Streamline before but could not get it to work without a CTD on launch for some reason. I never bothered with it since as I assumed it was only useful for lower end PCs. Giving it another go now and it seems to work this time and it does seem less stuttery and no crashes so far... If this has solved all my problems so simply I wish I had asked this question years ago.
  7. I come to expect regular crashes from oblivion when running around 50 mods. Nothing specific that can be narrowed down to a particular mod, just random crashes every 10-30 minutes. It's not my current set of mods either because it is a common theme on all my heavily modded Oblivion play throughs with completely different groups of mods and is something I have just learned to live with. Is there anything that can be done to minimise this other than playing with less mods? Does everyone have this problem? Can large amounts of high-res textures cause crashes? I've got a pretty powerful machine and have always installed a compilation of all the high-res texture packs I can find along with the 4Gb patch. My fps is fine and Oblivion probably looks better than Skyrim in a lot of areas, but can large amount of textures, with no associated esm's or esp's, cause problems for the engine if it's not a problem for your computer? Same query applies to Skyrim. Strangely my game with the most mods, New Vegas at 35Gb, never ever crashes.
  8. I'm not aware of any vashar. You mean like they do in Skyrim? Anyone aware of any high res older face textures? I'm fed up of playing a character with the slider at minimum just because older characters in Oblivion look so blotchy, low res, and ugly. I want MILFs! Doing searches for 'old' or 'age' is fruitless as the strings are so common.
  9. This is exactly the way I wanted to go when I wrote Crime and Punishment. The first version I released worked exactly the same way as yours, with the player forced to follow, but I ditched this and re-wrote it due to the ridiculous problems with the PC following up and down stairs which I could not solve. I eventually gave up as too many people reported it broke their game and I had no idea why. Good luck with this mod. I hope you have more success than I.
  10. Recommend adjusting the grammar or changing the order of the words in the thread title. I thought this was something very different. "Big Ass-Hair"
  11. Try it with Nudeshy installed and you'll get exactly that. Also guards will arrest you if you are seen stripping in public which is a great unintended cross-mod feature.
  12. Something all bethesda RPGs has needed for many years. Works perfectly for me, much appreciated. Would there be any limitation to expanding this to include body specific clothing to match other than a huge space requirement?
  13. Getting flashing meshes for the prisoners in the slave camp. First and only place I've seen it happen in game. Could it be caused by an incompatibility with AutoSetBody? Edit: Nope, disabling AutoSetBody and reloading the area makes no difference. Edit2: It is incompatible with NudeShy for obvious reasons. Disabling the mod temporarily, solved the problem. I guess the different animations were having a fight.
  14. Immersion is what I'm going for, and being slowed when hit from behind seems to work well for Warcraft. I just don't like being able to continue to flee at full speed after being bashed over the back of the head with a club. Reducing speed permanently Don't work for me either as I play with fast travel disabled. I just want bandits and highwaymen to be an actual threat rather than something I can ignore.
