  1. Wish the textures were a bit higher quality, unless I got a bug with mine. Running everything maxed at 4k with raytracing: The skin looks fine, but the areola and nipples look low res I'm guessing this because we are stretching the mesh beyond the regular bounds that its caused this with the texture.
  2. Oh interesting, never bought any to test it.
  3. @Mntnt - There is actually dyes later that go for about 500 RC, not sure how they work yet because I'm hoarding my RC atm. I could probably do a save scum test to see how it works. I do wish it was alot more accessible with more dye channels. I found this outfit in the beastmen city, but I think any merchant has a chance to randomly sell it because I came across alot of variety.
  4. We getting closer: https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonsdogma2/mods/101
  5. Not sure where you are hearing that from, I'm guessing reddit. I believe this is for anti tampering, not anti cheat. They did alot of moving around with the ones they were using, but the reason I brought up MH is because its "heavily" modded. Both world and rise. I used mods no problem online and never had any issues. Speaking of which I'm already seeing some nice skimpy outfits in the game: There's also some kind of dancer like outfit I've seen from some npcs traveling around. There's also some outfits tied to unlocks, which sadly doesn't let you preview them.
  6. @Screws - Yes you can play offline. In fact I went online only to grab other peoples pawns and switched back to offline. There are pre generated pawns and unique pawns. I have no idea about the anti cheat, isn't this the same that MH uses? Unlike the review bombing I'm seeing, I've had no issues running the game at max settings at 4k with raytracing. The town does have a bit of an fps hit, but that's to be expected with a ton of crap in one area. The open world on the other hand is as smooth as butter, and same with battles. Imo that's more important to optimize. Also for anyone with a 40 series card, this is a big win already from Puredark which he released for free: https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonsdogma2/mods/39
  7. @gooboo - If I'm not mistaken aren't you the OG author of the Hyborian body in Conan Exiles? If so, I really look forward to any work you do on SF Only issue I'm seeing with the above is there's a neck seam, otherwise the shape is pretty good. But again everyone has their prefs, which is why bodyslide is kind of a must to please most people. Examples of what I'm referring to:
  8. I've been following hexabits progress across multiple discords. This was the last dialogue I saw with him talking about an update to nifskope:
  9. I'll just leave this here...someone appears to be still active 😆 Yes, that's the legend herself 😜
  10. @danieltan1502 Starfield modding: https://discord.gg/7jsGNBjs (check the general research thread if you want to see hexabit talking) Nifskope: https://discord.gg/pC4hkBAG Looks like they also figured out that there's going to be more than just 0 and 100% weight. Or the usual _1 and _0. Fat, skinny, buff. So I'm expecting 6 variation. Most likely everyone will work with one of those types at the start. Someone was playing with the female body as an OBJ...but without a skeleton or weighting its kinda pointless at this point.. Also in case someone needs the obj tool: https://modding.wiki/en/starfield/developers/tutorials/Extracting-Models-to-OBJ
  11. Also for anyone who is curious about the stormtroopers guys mod, it was basically a hack job. Meaning he had to do a lot of hex coding to get that to work in game properly. It looks like people have been able to export starfield meshes as obj...but that's not skinned/weighted meshes. Only good imo for static objects. I'm keeping my eyes peeled on the discord convos, but until I see a commit to the nifskope github it's probably moot lol.
  12. @Kargrin That's because everyone is waiting on Hexabit to update nifskope. I'll repost this, but this is basically where we are at atm: Posted by Hexabit, quoted by @ousniusfor better context. Hexabit went on vacation, which is why progress slowed a bit. I'd say were alot closer than most people think. There has been one mod on the Nexus that used a custom mesh...but the creator wasn't ready to release their version of the tools.
