Well, after many, many, many more hours of play, leveling up at least 20 levels, the problem has gone away by itself. All I did was to keep trying periodically until it started working again. -

I have been playing FO3/FNV TTW with a female PC all the way through the Capital Wilderness and now in New Vegas from Goodsprings to Boulder City with no problems with SexoutNG or any of the Sexout mods I'm using. Now something has happened and every time sex is initiated through dialogue (for example, through Sexout Soliciting), no matter what the client agrees to (anal, pussy, blowjob), and despite what the mod messages say is happening (for example, "I'm really going to enjoy your ass"), the animation played is a blowjob. So something, somehow, got stuck. I've looked though the MCM options and can't see anything relevant to resetting animations. Are there any console commands that I could use to figure out what's wrong and/or fix the problem? In case it's relevant here's my load order: -
Thanks for mentioning TTW, I was unaware of it. I had picked up Fallout 3 for free on Epic. If I'm understanding correctly, I can buy FNV on Steam, then use TTW to run both of them under the FNV engine, making FNV mods available for both. I hope I've understood that correctly.

Sorry if this comes across as a newb question. The fact that Fallout 3 and New Vegas are grouped together here in the LL forums made me think (or rather hope) that mods here would work on both versions. Yet so far, looking at mod descriptions and user guides posted here it appears that almost everything is focused on New Vegas. Do Sexout and mods based on it work on Fallout 3? If not, is there an equivalent for Fallout 3? Thanks for any help.

You need to run FNIS (or Nemesis if you're using that instead of FNIS) after installing any new animation. -
I spoke too soon. After working for two days, my game started crashing again on load with this same bug. Even saves from Thursday when it was working after my previous post crashed. I tried upgrading POP and DDe to the same level as the new SUM I had installed, but no go. So I removed all 3 of them from my load order and was able to load all of the saves that had been giving me trouble.

I was having this exact same problem, and it was the cause of well over 90% of my crashes almost all of which were on trying to load a save (as described above). Taking the advice given by @qalavix, I installed the most recent version of the SE SUM, and was able to load a save that was consistently crashing for me. Since I didn't update POP or DDE, I got messages to the effect that they didn't support this new version of SUM, so I may have effectively disabled those mods. So the problem was fixed (or at least helped) by either the new version of SUM or the disabling of POP and DDE's use of SUM. If I get no more of these crashes I'll be a happy camper.

This is no big deal, but I got curious about it. Sometimes when I'm adventuring I see a wolf or bear kill a rabbit, but the dead rabbit continues to do a running animation, in place. It can't be interacted with. After leaving and coming back later the rabbit then appears as a normal dead rabbit and can be interacted with. Has anyone else seen this? I'm only asking here because clicking on the running rabbit in the console shows that MNC is the last (or perhaps only) mod affecting it. Thanks in advance. -

My Skyrim SE is remarkably stable, but after playing for an hour or more I sometimes get a CTD after trading with a merchant. It always happens when I click to close the trading window. The crash is not reproducable, if I load the last save trading with the merchant works fine and I can play for another hour or so.
