  1. I CANNOT watch Elfen Lied. I got into, like, episode 3 and had to stop. Couldn't handle that. I like dark stuff sometimes, but DAYUM. Unclean, unclean... *rocks in the corner, fetal position* Let's see, one's that elicited an emotional response...This is actually harder than I thought. Sailor Moon: The Last of Us: Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core: Does Rage-Beast response count? Then Sword Art Online: I'm sure there's a lot more. I watch a lot of movies, and saw a lot of anime back in the day, so it's hard to sift through them all in my memory.
  2. I'm partial to Nords and Dunmer for "companions", actually. Not sure why.
  3. Nope I do pretty much the same thing. I only do the mages guild if I am playing a mage and then I don't do the theives, assassins or companions then for example. Personally I always felt the main quest was the weakest part of Skyrim. Maybe it is just me, but I didn't find it that interesting nor was I enthralled with being the dragonborn. I did the main quest once and have no desire to ever do it again. I might when the main quest is fully fleshed out with Solutions but that would be the only time. I found the side quests and guild quests to be a lot better done and interesting IMHO. Its a common theme with Beth games, they all do the open world freedom very well but the story line suffers as a result as its very hard to make you engaged with a story that you are going to ignore for large amounts of time. Take mass effect 2 for example which i thought was a really good story and it had some elements be time dependant so if after the crew was taken you pissed about to much they are all dead when you arrive which worked as you'd spent the early game talking to the crew, learning their stories etc so you cared about the crew. With skyrim other than 1 quest as i recall (blood on the streets) it pretty much didn't matter whether you did the immediate quest task then and their or whether you wandered around the game world for 3 months Yeah, most of my plays right now are imagination-fuelled. For instance, I just started (another) Succubus character whom is slowly converting Markarth into a den of debauchery. I used LAL to start in the house, SexLab Solutions, Devious Cidhna (so Devious Devices as well), SexLab Submit + DD, SexLab Sisterhood of Dibella, etc... I'm also using mods like Take Notes! to write in character, which helps me keep track on the roleplaying. I'm going to install SexLab Deadly Drain next, so the effect of being a Succubus is there. There's no official questline there, not even in terms of factions, but it does tie a few together to each other, like the Sisterhood and the Forsworn.
  4. That's how I play too, but the problem is sort of what's the point of it all? There's no main quest then there's really no real progress to be made, I can only roam around the world of Skyrim THAT many times before I have seen it all. Side quests are ok, but they will remain as the non-focus, off center content of the game, and still leave a little more to be desire even after Solution works its magic. I've already played the main quest on another character, so maybe that's why it's okay for me? I don't really want to play the MQ again right now, so I look at other questlines. I tend to have a particular roleplay in mind, which involves one of the factions or guilds that I haven't tried yet. In that way, they're still adventures - they involve questlines, interacting with an area, etc. Just maybe not to the massive scale of the MQ. But they do leave room for things to be more personal. For instance, as the Dragonborn, the fate of the Thieves Guild might not seem that pressing. But if you are a normal person, living off of the Guild, then it's pretty important that it starts to turn around and prosper. But maybe that's just me? *shrug*
  5. You can do this already by using one of the alternative start mods (imo immerslave is the best) and just not progressing the main story line, yes you'll occasionally get called the dragonborn by an NPC or two but if you don't do the whiterun mages quest dragons etc never appear Couple Live Another Life with SexLab Solutions (including the LAL patch), and that's what you've got. Right now, I'm using LAL, SexLab Solutions, and Sexlab Submit as a death alternative (well, it's actually Devious Devices + Submit) to completely avoid the main quest and use my wiles (see: sexiness) to solve problems rather than brawn.
  6. Looking through some old photos I took in Skyrim, I realised that in Riften, there are dead leaves on the ground everywhere and their resolution is, well, crap. Does anyone know of high-resolution mods that replace the ground leaves, including the ones in Riften?

I started watching Makai Ouji: Devils and Realist. While being borderline boy-love (the border may disappear in future, I reckon), the basis of it is rather interesting and has a nice mix of seriousness and comedy. The basis is that William Twinings, of the prestigious Twining family founds out that he is the descendent of King Solomon. As such, he is the Elector - the mortal charged with choosing the interim ruler of Hell while Emperor Lucifer sleeps. There's a health mix of demons from the once-human-and-remorseful, the aloof-fallen-angel, to the as-psychotic-as-you'd-expect demons. The problem with all of this is that William is a staunch Realist - if science can't explain it, then it is nonsense. As such, he refused to be a part of any of it - which leaves the demons to just linger around him, making his life miserable, until he gets with the program. It's an interesting twist on the Old Testament theology, especially with Solomon and his 72-Pillars. Like I said, it does have a shonen-ai vibe to it - at one point, a demon has a Sailor Moon-esque transformation sequence. I thought it was funny as hell, but I'm sure it will be off-putting to some.
  8. I feel really lame. Being able to fly would be cool. With or without wings. Other than that, telekinesis. Power over the elements would be cool too...I wouldn't want immortality though. I think I'd go insane. I'd quickly end up the chaotic neutral villain or something.
  9. I don't dislike the orcs in general at all. I had my hand at making one - I am happy with her, but even though she's not very effeminate, she'd probably still be a milk-drinker by orc standards. (Warning: Orcish Nudity and Sex within)
  10. I'm using Serenity ENB Full Perfomance as well. Sometimes, I don't like the kind of filmy look - and other times, it looks amazing. I'm fickle.
  11. Just a collection of experimental characters I have created. These generally were made to play around with various character types and do not have a real playthrough of their own. Some may elevate to PCs for full playthroughs - others may be reincarnated as follower mods. And some will stay just as little experiments. Casephona Race: High Elf Class: Thalmor Agent Weapons: Sword Armour Style: Clothing - Thalmor Robes Residence: Thalmor Embassy Sexual Preference: Bisexual Guild: Thalmor Status: Experimental Bio: Casephona enjoyed the company of her own Altmer brethren morethan any other. It wasn't racism - the other races were just not as well-equipped to handle her stature and demand. This was only enforced furthur by the various non-Altmer guests of the Embassy. They would try their damndest, of course, but they just couldn't measure up. Gallery: Silna the Stray Race: Ningheim (Nexus link) Class: Bandit Weapons: War Axe Armour Style: Light - Hide Residence: Nilheim Sexual Preference: Bisexual Guild: Bandit Status: Experimental Bio: Her name said it all - Silna just wandered into the lives of the Nilheim bandits one day, no past to speak of and nowhere to go. They were never really sure why they hadn't killed her at the start, as they would have with so many others,, but they were later happy their blades had been stayed. She took to her new lifestyle with ease and she had no difficulties making "friends" with her comrades. They were, however, never harsh with her - she made it very clear that she was not above being just as harsh back. Gallery: Hiroko Race: Mithra (Nexus link) Class: Spellsword Weapons: Magicka Saber (Nexus link) Armour Style: Heavy Residence: None Sexual Preference: Bisexual Guild: None Status: Experimental Bio: How either of them had ended up in this frozen wasteland, they didn't know. They only knew that neither of them were meant to be there and this commonality brought Hiroko and Shepard together. This character was inspired by the Lore Breaker thread. I attempted to install as much anti-lore as I could without going too crazy - how did I know I'd get attached to the little kitty cat? Gallery:
  12. The Disgraced Race: Succubus (Nexus link) Class: Succubus (Sorceress) Weapons: 1-Handed Sword Armour Style: Light & Clothing Residence: Markarth Sexual Preference: Bisexual Guild: Forsworn Ally, College of Winterhold Status: Active Bio: She is named simply "The Disgraced" - she did SOMETHING to annoy Sanguine, her Daedric master. As such, her name was stripped from her and she was thrown into Nirn until she can appease him - she still has no idea what that is though. She started out in Markarth, owning Vlindrel Hall - not a shabby start. Her first order of business - infiltrate and corrupt the Temple of Dibella. While saving the new Sybil, she made many "friends" amongst the Forsworn. The Dibellan worshippers were most appreciative of her help. After her return to Markarth, she began integrating herself into the citizenship of The Reach. As a Succubus, her life is in dedication to Sanguine and all of his virtues, most prominently debauchery and lust. However, she has lost favour with her master. Flung into Nirn, she was banished to Skyrim to appease him, her name stripped from her. She is now known only as "The Disgraced". Taking possession of a property in Markarth, she began to spread Sanguine's love to the unwitting. Her first foray was to the Temple of Dibella. By becoming their hero of the hour, they were quickly pulled into her arms. Building on their existing sensual worship of Dibella, she capitalised on their nurturing affections. During her travels into the Reach, however, she expressed her darker carnal urges on the Forsworn that opposed her. Her needs grew more desperate and impassioned. In an attempt to satisfy herself, she had herself purposefully thrown into Cidhna Mine, hoping to feed off the frenzy of hormones that must lay there. Unexpectedly, she find herself intrigued by the leader of the Forsworn, Madanach, and assisted with the escape of his brethren. Following their escape, a change of scenery was in order. She has since travelled to Winterhold and placed herself amongst the mages of the College. Playing a dutiful and naive novice, she hopes to find more imagination amongst the Nordic-schooled scholars. 13. Sparrow Race: Epic Elves (Nexus link) Class: Thief Weapons: Daggers Armour Style: Light Residence: Riften Sexual Preference: Bi-curious Guild: Thieves Guild Status: Retired [Corrupt Save file] Available as a Follower http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/1123-%7B%3F%7D/ Bio: Sparrow started out small. With aspirations of the pilfering variety, she procured Honeyside in Riften and began to integrate herself. It wasn't long before she found her opening into the Thieves Guild via Brynjolf. Before long, she was accepted into the Guild and wasted no time in pursuing jobs in their interests. Amongst her guildmates, she found a partiality for Thrynn, intrigued by his past as a morally-conflicted bandit. While there was no attraction at first, she also found a closeness with Brynjolf through the guild's progression. Her emotions did not run mutually exclusive with her desires, and had no qualms with sharing affections with other guildmates or even earning spare coin at the Bee and Barb through the persuasions of the flesh. 14. Thank you very much for your detailed explanation of the problem. Ain't much left to tell on this subject, I guess. Just one more question, if you allow me to further require your expertise: What about the games whose rights are in the hands of companies that went bankrupt? I mean, there are very famous movies in HD quality on Youtube (like "Highlander" or "Once upon a time in the west" etc.) that you can watch / download for free. Is there something like this for games? Can one simply salvage such data from the game? Surely this is very specific. But I think, in order to make a new approach on the whole subject, one must think in every direction. And the current situation of male followers is ... terrible (when compared to the female followers on the market). To be honest, I'm not sure on that front. I would think it depends on whether the copyright has lapsed on that intellectual property or not. Given video games aren't very old, I doubt any of them would have lapsed yet. But don't quote me on that. It may be more up to the hosting site for the mod if they'd allow a derelict game's assets to be used or not, like Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines.
  15. Looks like it's more of a saturated ENB with a new night sky texture (most popular is Enhanced Night Sky). Something like these maybe? Serenity ENB - I'd say look at the Technicolor Saturated, Intense Colors, or Fantasy Color Smash variants True Vision ENB HRK ENB Two TK ENB Extended Colorful Organic Docter's ENB (the most saturated one of these) Megatherium ENB (the most fantastical one of these)
