  1. I'm looking for some tutorials on converting HDT XML to SMP In the eventuality that i'll fail would ayybody be willing to do this? Right now i haven't yet finished the legs collision mesh, but it's not the first time I have been messing with XMLs and failed. I used some Youtube tutorials, so I'm looking for somthign more noob friendly, and I'm only interested in XML explanations. How it works and what's the behind the scenes for them.

  3. Forgive me but in the XML? which name should i look for in JFF? Or you mean that rotation on axis?
  4. I have never used HDT before..it's like a bunch of random things..in the XML there's no chain...that slot is empty... Bonerange means what? the transition fo the bone from nifskope to the XML? And what i'm tryng to understand is if the bones you see in nifskope have some hidden stored data i cannot see in blender, or simply they are moved by some setting in the XML. i want too know which value tells my bone to go one to the left and one to the right... Right now i'm muddling the boneweights so that they don't split in half anymore...but i'd love to know i there's a wayy to tell the bone that it has to go in the same direction of the other and not opposite Nifskope: XML file: TrissArmor.xml

Anybody knows where to edit the values for bone orientation? there's a problem with this skirt...and nothgin i change in the xml seems to affect this. but there must be somethign that tells the third bone to behave like the second one that works properly and doesn't split,even if the boneweight is done in the same way.
  6. yeah but boneweighting is no issue...the mesh isalready properly weighted to skirtbones and legbones...what i would love to achieve is a no clipping or streetching version,without the use of 3dsmax...(which unfortunately isnt free,and the right versions are no longer eligible for student version) So you think it's possible to do from blender + these tools?

  8. You need papyrus script compiler to be installed. Or your creation kit won't be able to do any script.they'll end up failing. so you need to a few things: GO in your mod manager and install the scripts.rar folder i linked you,then you can open CK and do scripts.after you finish with the tutorial below uninstall it. >> DOESNT MATTER ABOUT VAMPIRES OR SACROSANT WHATEVER. if you o not install them the script CANNOT be compiled,and bye bye to your race https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59220 in'ts written in a way that it's easy to follow even for a toddler,here are pictures of everythign,and even if it doesn't explain why you should do something,it still does the job (it is full of dumb decorations and character photos for no reason,but once you get rid of them it works.
  9. No.I mean install that Scripts.rar folder with MO (cause u dont wanna lose SKSE scripts,DO ur CK thing,andthen uninstall. The scritps .rar folder. (or simply make a copy of ur scripts folder and install manually) Creation kit should already be installed if u are doing this.

So i just did this...with NMM installed the loose scrips from scripts.rar (you should have it on your game folder,if not it's available on reddit) You also need that file,mine was missing. i read you should install it here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source Or here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\Papyrus Compiler to be sure i put it in both folders.   11. And Daz3d assets recoloured\retextured, the same Krista does...that's wyhy you aren't supposed to support either autor. Also to sell models you actually need a license for the 3d tools you used which are likely pirated versions too.
