The problem with this mod is that it is terribly dirty, both in edits and in meshes. That causes CTDs way too often, so the best option is to find out what creatures/NPCs are related to your CTDs and remove them. Another good idea is to delete all worldspace and cell edits and just leave the monsters in the leveled lists.

I think it's a combat mod called "SSS combat" SSS stands for Smokin Sick Style from DMC. It's hard to get it working.
