I can confirm that it can. I summoned the queen into Blackreach using the tonal key and I haven't even been to Helgen yet, let alone defeated Mirmulnir. Haven't even triggered Alduin either. Live Another Life is awesome. So yeah, you can finish the quest without ever having any dragons in the game. -
I'm also stuck on stage 310. My character has made the spider pheromones and used them with multiple spiders. Went into Chillwind Depths and had a go with those spiders. She got filled with spider eggs, and had them removed after a few more sexual encounters with the spiders, but the quest refuses to advance on its own. By the way, I've had to use matchmaker to get the spiders to have sex with my character. The pheromones do nothing but calm them. They don't automatically have sex with my character after she uses the pheromones.

I was on the part of the chaurus queen quest where I had to bring the two huggers to Danica to enter the sanctuary. I was having in a cave trying to get the hip hugger but got the living armor attached when I fell into a pool of water. After going through 50+ broken repellents and coming here to find out they don't work, I removed the living armor using this mod's MCM option. A few days later, I notice that the Chaurus Queen quest is no longer in my journal, and on a hunch I went to the brood cavern area with the giant crystals and found that Lastelle had respawned, and she was going to give me the quest from the beginning. There's some serious issues with this mod if it's going to restart from the beginning because Lastelle had mysteriously respawned. Why did she respawn in the first place? Why would the mod completely reset itself just because I had to remove the living armor through the MCM? Are there any other parasites I should turn off because they are broken and cannot be removed? Does waiting long enough for a cell like the area where Lastelle is resets cause the entire questline to reset? If so, then how would it be possible to complete it if you have to wait 10+ days for the flares to finally give you queen abilities unless you go back to Lastelle's location every few days just to keep it from resetting?

I have this issue too. The tentacle monster's poison attack is the same way. Even after removing it, the attacks will still fire off after being hit. Not to mention the annoying pop up saying so that pretty much causes me to have to quit the game. It makes it impossible to play with those pop ups happening all the time whenever anything hits your character.

55 parasite repellents later and the living armor still won't come off. Are you sure the parasite repellent works?

Do you know approximately how many potions it takes? I used 15 in a row, and all I got were those messages I mentioned and the parasite would react as if my character was being attacked. Including throwing up the stoneflesh spell when she got low on health.

I'm using the latest version on LE and my character got infected by the living armor (Gum whatever it's called). After going to Danica and getting the recipe for the parasite repellent, I made some but using it does nothing but show messages about "The mechanism is too complex", "this lock is too hard", and others like it. I believe those messages are from Deviously Cursed Loot, but that shouldn't be preventing the potion from working, should it? Or is it just that the option to remove the living armor isn't finished yet?

Is removal of the tentacle monster available in this version of Hormones yet? If not, what about the version on Github?

The effect lasts for 1 hour real time, or 20 hours in game. It randomly sticks to my characters after getting an EC attack so I usually just go and have my character wait for the 20 hours for it to wear off. There's an option in SkyUI's MCM that lets you show buffs/debuffs on your screen. I set it so it shows all buffs, by default it shows only buffs that are about to wear off, so the Invulnerability effect won't show up there. That way if it stays on after the animation from EC+ finishes. I just bring up the wait menu and clear it that way. If in a dangerous area, no matter, nothing can harm you so I just kill everything, then wait.

@DeepBlueFrog I got to the point in the quest where you activate the sonic device with the tonal key, but nothing happens. I've tried it with and without the mask and armor in all possible combinations but all it ever does is show a message box saying "The button blinks rapidly." Then some effects fire off and I have to kill the dragon that spawns in Blackreach normally. Twice. Is anything else supposed to happen or was that it?

Would it be possible to make a UUNP HDT bodyslide conversion for the naked chaurus queen skin? Whenever I have the regular one removed, the one that is actual armor and that you already converted, my body changes to this scrawny horrible looking wrong body type skin that looks like the chaurus queen skin armor but is just a naked skin replacer for the regular body. So far my only recourse has been to go into TES5Edit and change it to point to the regular body so my character doesn't look like a poorly textured emaciated thing. @DeepBlueFrog I used the Github version and found a bug with the quest.

I'm having a problem with chaurus hatchlings being invisible. How do you make them visible?

I'm using DD5, but remember never being able to get a hip hugger with DD4 as well. I had to force infect my character in order to get the Parasites quest to go on when you're required to bring both types to Danica.

I don't know if this has been reported, but whenever my character is infected by one of the huggers, it always is the face hugger. I purposely tested different percentages of hip and face to try to get a hip hugger, but it always generates a face hugger. I had hip hugger set to 100%, and face hugger at 1% and still got a face hugger. Every time my character used a bed in a dungeon, face hugger. I switched face hugger to 0% and nothing would infect my character. Multiple times with hip hugger at 100% and face hugger at 0% and nothing ever infected my character. I bump face hugger back up to 1% and it went back to always infecting with a face hugger every time my character used a bed.
