I somehow missed these posts. A user on the Nexus had this to say for the fix for slow 3rd person animation. The weird thing is I don't have this issue on my end. I know Alex added extra stuff to the mod so I'd have to see for a true fix. "If you have trouble with slow motion and third person animations, you should edit the animation with FO4Edit. In the weapons section, keywords (sorted), you will see the following: "AlexAnimsGhost [KYWD: XXXXXXXX]". Replace this with "AnimsSubmachineGun [KYWD: XXXXXXXX]". For example, my KYWD is "AlexAnimsGhost [KYWD: 0800361A]". I replaced this with "AnimsSubmachineGun [KYWD: 001A6AEF]". Then in the Race section, delete the two variables highlighted in green "Power Armor" and "Human", this only the ones that are highlighted in green. The weapon now has third person fluency and the reload animation is 90% accurate. Excuse my English, it is not my mother tongue. Hope it works for you!"

you need to use showlooksmenu and save a pale skin or whatever skin tone you want and you need to load the preset before each save so she won't be darkskinned

Just use the looksmenu "showlooksmenu player 1" and you can change her skin tone to whatever you like

you can change the skin tone through the looks menu. tifa's clothes should be able to be acquired with console commands "help tifa". The fighting skills is from a different mod you can grab here. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/45402

to answer your previous question, you should be able to change her tone to any color you want through the looks menu,

Tifa uses CBBE Slim. I'm not sure what you mean by LL animations. I don't use any mods off LL. In fact, I don't really use a lot of mods in general anymore.
