Planking Problems

ho kay ive got this problem in skyrm where my character would become all stiff and not in a good way

 

When attempting to do horse combat

 

 

When attempting to use a cross bow

 

 

 

And its not just my character, at times serena goes all planking when she talks

 

 

 

 

So im pretty sure this problem has something to do with the skeleton mesh but i have no idea what. Opinions and solutions on this matter are greatly appreciated, so lets stop the skyrim planking!

I've seen this when FNIS if /data/tools/GenerateFNISforUsers.exe is not ran at least once.

yeah when i updated my fnis to 3.1 they all plank, so are you saying if i use the generate tool for fnis this will be fixed?

If you update I do believe you have to run the generate tool again. Perhaps I am wrong but that fixed me anyway.
