There's a lot of places to talk about porn games.

You can even go on 4chan / 8 chan, there's boards dedicated to that.

If you want to promote an adult game, you could contact the webmasters at https://www.naughtyworlds.com/, it's a site that reviews games for adults. 

 

They recently posted a link to my fansite https://www.3dxchatgame.com/ and they were quite nice about it, so wouldn't hurt to try them!
