Tutorial on making a new race from scratch

I saw these images of a humanoid creature and decided i wanted to make them. the creatures were small, with claws on hands and feet with feathers on their backs and butt. Ill just post some pics. ( the reason im posting it in the adult section is cause the pics are essentially porn). just needing to know if there are any tutorials on skin re textures (like making a new one from scratch), adding the claws, fangs and feathers, and the basics on making a new race

thought up some ideas for it as well

-use the all-fours running animation mod

- limited clothing, forsworn and specific light armor

-using the extra damage khajiit claw skill

- a few spells that help as distractions against enemies

- race is a bit weak in combat, prefer running, sneaking, or deception

-cloak spell

-cant use heavy weapons(two handed)

i think i know where to start and what texture file to use on textures, (gimp with DDS) but i cant post the screenshot here to make sure im right. what was the name of that site where i could post a basic url for a picture?

btw, I dont think CBBE is gonna work for the body. what body do you think would work best for this?

you start with armors before messing with bodies... that are much more problems

 

 

it's normal there's no hair

the eyes it's not normal

now tri file no longer apply to eye mesh

no need to try to understand, nitrishape copy paste

 

problem solved, whatever it was

now idea why nordracechild have access to orc noses, nordracechild it's just nordrace with rs children skeleton (decapitated head will load fine on those kids)

 

editing unp to make it similar to those screens, putting a chicken in unp ass, and editing fairskin or whatever to try to reduce the seam, it's much more complicated than that

im not really adding any armors to the race, they're pretty much gonna be in the nude. unless someone wants to use armor. for now im just gonna focus on getting the textures done and figure out how to somehow remove the feathers from the forsworn armor or hagraven feathers and place it on them....you wouldnt happen to know how to do that, would you. the feathers deal, not the textures.
