Need a little help with outfit studio

Hey guys, im stuck and could use a little help, basically i downloaded a mod called "Pierced Ears - Earrings" from nexus (not sure if im allowed to post links) and there is this earring with a cross on it and well i wanted to basically make the cross upside down via outfit studio but theres so many files for a single earring, like pretty much every race has a file for each earring and i'm using ningeim as my race so i have no idea what file to edit, i tried the mod ingame and it works fine but i just cant figure out wich one of those files are loading up for my ningeim char, i tried editing the human one (left and right) via this process: open the mesh in outfit studio > edit it > save project as single weight> build the file in bodyslide and replacing the original one. After this when i load up my game and try to equip the earring my game crashes so either my process is wrong or idk what to do, really hope someone here can help me, i'd love you forever. cheers
