Trans Male w/Cis Male Sex?

Hi, I have a trans male (male that was born female, supposed to have a vag) with a cis male (male with dick) partner. I got the dick on the partner, but my trans male character still has a dick not a vag despite going in CAS and selecting feminine frame, sims does not have penis. How can i get a vag on my male sim?

Mhm, thats weird, maybe try putting a female skin on him, that could solve it

Will have to get your own Vagina Tattoo/ or make for your sim tho

If this is related to WW then you need to set if that Sim has a penis, not the body frame.
