Missing meshes on follower (Sofia)

i ran into a little snag again. I recently set up a new skyrim installation and while the mod list is not final yet, i wanted to play a male PC after beeing trapped, bound and screwed for way to long

I'm not even sure why i included the whole DD mods, habit i guess.
 
Anyway, i use MO and my loadorder looks like this:

As i installed Follower Sofia i wasn't really happy with her body, so i checked how to give her the CBBE Body and i copied the meshes and texture files from COS to her folder in my mod directory. So far so good, it works, well sort of. She has lilac/violett mouth and teeths. As far as i know this happens when textures or meshes (i always confuse the two  ^.-) are missing, but i know i copied a "mouth" folder...

I didn't find something (that looked usefull to me) in the CBBE folder either.

 

It's not game-, but emergence braking and i'll appreciate every help i can get

I think you are on the right track.  Was there anything in the mouth folder you copied?  If so, maybe copy the nifs/dds to the main folder where the body is?  I don't use Sofia so I have no idea on the file setup.  I did the same to Freya Gray-Mane to make her CBBE and all is well.

I had similar problem but it was on SE. I dunno if the coding for both versions is identical but for me the problem was that Sofia version 2.51 was ignoring any custom meshes (except for the hair). So I tried 2.50 and everything worked fine.

 

But again, I don't know if the Oldrim and SE versions differianate only by the converted meshes. If the coding is different, the problem I had may be exclusive for the SE version of Sofia only!

Inside the "mouth" folder are two files, mouthhumanf.nif and mouthhuman.tri. I copied those files into the sofia folder with no effect, but thank you. I'll keep looking

Purple is missing textures. Use Nifskope and look at the pathing for misc. parts of the .nif file.
