Idk why but alvor selling/buy dialog isnt poping up

No clue, but sometimes it just takes a while.

The game only displays it when NPCs are doing their work or are at the right location.

 

And it needs to between 8:00am and 8:00pm, that are the working hours.

Maybe you just got unlucky and he reached the forge just a bit early. Wait an hour or two.

i check its only  Alvor and other blacksmiths and sells are fine idk why  (and i know his work hours but still doesnt prompt for me to)
