So iam using Rudy ENB with NLVA and Vivid Weather (unchecked esp just like nlva page said).
Also iam using wet function redux.

Now one of the photos is with noticable seam and yellowish hair. This one is outside.

Second one with brownish hair is inside and there is no seam/you can see texture on skin (i bumped it to max while testing).

I tried another NLVA preset and it is more or less the same (no obvious seam tho). Also i tried just ENB and it is fixed tho i really like NLVA.
Also yes i reinstalled everytihing/redownloaded.

Is there any setting that may be responsible for this?

It is updated. I could see all of the face textures being changed also it might be hard to see on photo but when moving cam i can see that there is texture. Just not like it is supposed to look like (2nd picture).

I was testing most of the settings with forcing settings so it is not arousal. I tried with going underwater and waiting for textures and mod to update but it was taking too much time and looked exactly the same. I don't have any sex mods installed. SFW skyrim (except for nudity).

Also yes i do have set up nioverride to allow head overlays. And i do have enough slots.

When loading the face for split of a second is like it should be. Then it just goes to almost normal.

I tried @orgs1n settings and there is still same problem. Inside there isnt. And in night it is almost fixed too. Is there like sun or light setting that could delete head overlay or something? I have no idea.
