Physics for Vanilla Outfits?

I was wondering if anyone has taken the time to add physics to the vanilla in-game outfits using Cherry's Physics system or Animated Fannies. I think I understand the process of adding it to one outfit at a time, but looks pretty tedious. I don't want to go through every outfit and add it manually if someone else has already previously done that work. Thanks!

I know this is an old post but I'm glad I found it. I tried to make a conversion myself but botched it pretty badly. Thanks for sharing this here.
