some of the sex animations aren't showing and fnis won't generate some of the animations because it says its an "incomplete mod" 

it says

Download the mod again and reinstall it. Make sure whatever firewall you use isn't blocking fnis and whatever mod installer you use.

am having similar problem as well. it seems to work ok during my first attempt but when i proceed again it does nothing but just stand there. 

this is what i get when i generate FNIS
 

Skeleton(hkx) female: Default (99 bones)   male: Default (99 bones)

Patch: "SKELETON Arm Fix"
