The Vault 24 - Become the Overseer mod gave me an idea, why not create a full fledged player home vault for the sole purpose of housing npc lovers and/or slaves? I can see it being used in tandem with other mods that do things like giving your harem sexy/revealing vault suits and maybe even pregnancy mods to contribute to a repopulation effort
