Which mod will allow me to make npcs have sex with eachother?

Tachicat will allow you to pick two NPC's and force them to have sex.

Joburg will enable random NPC's to stalk one another and you.  It also enables you to call the nearest available NPC to attack and have sex with and whatever NPC you pick.

LoversBed will allow any NPC in close proximity to another NPC, where both are asleep to randomly start having sex.

RaperS will allow combat rapes during fights.

However, I think it's Lovers Joburg that gets the NPCs to pair-up if they like each other providing you've set the lewdness setting higher than 10 or so...

You might want to add the Joburg no delay extra addon esp...

 

In the settings you'll find 'lewdness' and 'libido'...you can play around with those until it suits.
