WW Showing up in CC but not in game

I have done everything i could to try and get this to work. I have read the wrong installation and tried fixing from there but I couldn't find a place where i messed up. I have been trying to get this mod to work and it won't. The mod shows up in my cc but not in my game. I have cc and script mods enabled. I have taken all of my cc and other mods out of my mod folder and the mod still won't work. If anybody could help me it would be great.

How do you tell that the mod doesn't work in the first place?

What version of the game do you have?

Are there any exceptions files to report?
