Dual Sheath Redux Issue

I followed all the directions and I don't get what is wrong? any suggestions?

Did you run the Dual Sheath Redux patcher?

Did you run LOOT?

 

You probably did, but those have always been what messed me up in the past.

I use mod organizer.

 

I use loot and FNIS regularly thought MO as well with no issues.

The patch has to be below dual sheath or it wont work.

I run the tool for the dual sheath redux but it won't give me the patch!

Try Right Clicking on More Heapspace 32 the one thats highlighted and add that as an executable and run it see if that helps.

I run the 32bit and this opens.... then closes

You added it as an executable and then ran it or you ran it from that menu? If it doesn't open try upating java  https://java.com/en/download/ or run MO as ADMIN when opening

/C "G:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ModOrganizer\mods\Dual Sheath Redux\SkyProc Patchers\Dual Sheath Redux Patch\More Heapspace - 32Bit.bat"

 

Obviously you want to change it to your drive and location but yours should look just like this.

but no it can be located anywhere I actually have a specific drive just for skyrim  also I am stumped on why you cant open it D:

Perhaps if you were to run the patcher manually? I don't know if that would work, but it won't hurt and it may just create the patch .esp

Btw, I don't use MO, but MO doesn't seem to be the problem.

it's been sitting there for 10 minutes... 

 I have windows 8.1 and people say it's difficult to mod and stuff with it. I might have to get Windows 10 sometime soon.

 

Is there anywhere where I can find the patch.esp anywhere online? ;o

If it helps you get through it try this dummy file, you'll still have to run patcher for your game.

I appreciate your help and effort but it just won't work...

 

 

 

It's like my game is teasing me! She raises to above her head as if putting it on her back, but then she puts it back down!   

 

I guess I will have to look for an alternative mod for now.

I have one more suggestion try this, I read it in a forum:

 

 If you are, and for anyone else looking for a solution, I fixed it by choosing the default program to run the .jar with as a 32 bit install of javaw.exe

 

so to simplify it, right click on the dual sheath redux patch.jar click "open with" and choose default program as javaw.exe and make sure it is selected as always open this file by this type...try that

 

Path for MY install of javaw.exe:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_144\bin\javaw.exe
