WickedWhims doesn't work

First of all excuse me if i do some errors in english because i'm French...And thank you for helping me ! ^^ I install wicked whims in my sims 4 folder in my mods folder but it's not working and say that the sims 4 folder is missing... I have other mods like the mc commander and it's working, what can i do ? Can someone help me please ?

I guess you're talking about the Windows installer? Just don't use the installer and extract the files from the archive to your Mods folder just like MCCC.
