NPC and Follower face problem!

The problem are that every time i start a new game, all my npc and follower are fine, their face are what they suppose to be, but the problem started when i go through any loading screen and some time after a long wait time, all of my npc and follower face changed, they all have the face the texture is mess up a little, and their face became chubby. For NPC,I using Bijin mod series,and The Ordinary Women, i using stand alone followers with custom face ( Toccata, Chaccone, Onean,etc..).

I am having the chubby face problem too, but also get purple hair, I have tried adjusting my mod order and adjusting the load order, I use MO.

It seems to affect the Bijin NPCs, warmaidens, and wives.

Purple hair means that the texture(s) can't be found, i.e. a pathing problem locating them and possibly something may be installed incorrectly. Either reinstall the affected mods or you'll have to modify the hair .nif texture paths with Nifscope. 

 

Both of your load orders should probably have Alternate Start - Live Another Life should be last with Bijin Warmaidens (NPCs, Wives) right above that. I had problems with Warmaidens until I moved it all the way down in the load order.  Not sure about the chubby face thing, but with Warmaidens, I could never get the characters faces to show up until I move it.

..."should be last".  It's just a "rule of thumb", but I would say yes. 

 

Ah, the purple hair thing - you have KS Hairdos HDT, but not KS Hairdos. The HDT mod is only an add-on to KS Hairdos, which you don't have. Install that and see what happens.  BTW, I kinda find that the HDT hair is spazzy & annoying. You might want to also try this mod:  KS Hairdos Renewal Breast Weight Painted Hair by GameFever.  For the most part, longer hair rides on top of boobs and moves when they move.
