Weird flickering with Kwanon ENB at night

I had this problem since I downloaded first version of Kwanon ENB, first I noticed that rocks, trees, and other stuff flicker at night. Here are some pictures of my problem http://imgur.com/a/X5XOs

I don't have problem when I disable enb.

Problem was caused by "occlusion culling" I had to disable it, but I heard that disabling it has negative impact on performance :/
