How do I put mods from this website

I am really lost on how to use it and I don't know how to really use it at all like do I put in NMM or how else do I did?

1) Use a mod managed (NMM for FO4)

2) Be aware mods can have conflicts between them

3) Read the instructions and the documentation of every mod before installing it

4) Max number of mods is around 240 so do not exaggerate
