[Request] Custom Hair Style

So I've been shown a lot of different Hair mods. But I'm fairly certain none of them have the style I'm wanting.

 

Basically it's the Hair of an OC of mine

just to see a 360 view that he's got the two hair tails

 

 

 

I'm think I'd need to have it custom made. Will probably want it in Fo4 eventually too, dunno if as easy to port over Hair mods between the two. a Bonus would be if hair tails.. ponytails... things.. had physics to them, but I can live without if it's not possible or is too much trouble.

 

P.S. I know this is all mainly requests but is it possible to commission this (if it helps get it made). or is that generally frowned upon?
