Modded Game Crashes After 15 Minutes. Help Please?

Hi, I'm another kid on the internet who doesn't know why his absurdly modded game is crashing.
 
So basically, I start up my game, runs smooth as ass cheeks, and then after about 15 minutes it crashes randomly. It doesn't matter where I am, I could have just let my game idle while I get up to fetch a beverage and it will have crashed when I get back. It doesn't freeze, it doesn't give a pop-up window that says Skyrim.exe has stopped working, just CTD.
 
Now just a little note, my computer is pretty shit, not exactly a big boy gaming rig, just a laptop.
So maybe this is the root of my problems? Who knows!

Yes, I'm aware, I have WAY too many mods. I used to have more, and I used to have more issues. Now I have narrowed it down to these mods and this one last crash.

 

I have no idea how to merge plugins or what that does, maybe that could help?

 

I also use ENB with no preset, I only use it because it actually makes my game run smoother.

Uhh... the only thing i can say is: This Load Order is ... Omg... I think you should remove some Mods. Most People just have these Mods without a Reason. Set yourself a Goal. Plan a Playthrough. Maybe a Bound Girl Playthrough. Maybe a Raper Playthrough. You know.

Gonna go on a limb here and say you're probably just running out of memory. Have you applied the skse heap fix? Even with that, a lot of people tend to crash.

I did plan this playthrough... ;-;

 

I used to have almost 300 mods, I narrowed it down to this. I was going to merge some, but I don't know which ones are safe to merge.

Any advice there?

As the other guys have hinted, let me say straight out. Your game is crashing, because you haven't done any of the things that stop your game from crashing. We all run hundreds of mods. It can be completely stable. What you want to do is start again. Get yourself a completely new install from steam. Put it somewhere that isn't in your program files directory, preferably on a completely different HDD to your system HDD. Then go visit with STEP. Do exactly what they say. Don't even come back here till you get at least to step 2F. Preferably don't come back till you have a completed the entire STEP install.

What is the SKSE heap fix...?

 

I use SSME (I think that's what it was called) to fix memory issues with infinite load screens and such, cause that used to be a huge problem.

I tried some papyrus memory fixes, but those all absolutely broke my game (like, less than 1 fps).

 

My computer is pretty trash, so I wouldn't be surprised tbh if memory was the issue
