Male Sims disappear with Wicked Whims Mods after Toddlers update

So I downloaded the new updates for Sims 4, including Vampire, Toddlers, Parenthood, and the new update, and none of my mods work, and all the male sims disappear completely. It's like they've been deleted, and don't stick around when I make more. I have no idea what's going on.
