ok so i am not computer savvy at all just to start.....

i followed vids on youtube to down load this mod and all the animations as well, they are coming up at the start of the game but are not available when i play WTF??! its doing my head in!

ive checked the options bit and ticked the right boxes, i even deleted everything and started all over and again... still same thing

please help
