Strange First Person Bow Animations

When I draw my bow in first person, and look anywhere but straight, my arrow moves up and down along the shaft of the bow, and I can't seem to pinpoint the reason. Here are some pictures to show what I'm talking about:

I'm guessing it would have something to do with any animation mods/Archery Gameplay Overhaul/Player Headtracking/Enhanced Camera, but I really have no idea.

I think its head tracking personally as I started using a FP view so you can look at the body as you walk but when a bow I seem to less accurate and very bobby in motion with it, which isn't normal.
