CATHI: The Ultimate Institute Synth Prototype

Introducing CATHI,

 

Short for Cybernetic Advanced Termination Hunter-Killer Infiltrator, Cathi was created by the Institute for one sole purpose: the eradication of all above-ground dwelling humans living in the wasteland.

 

Stronger, faster, more agile and more dangerous than even the Institute's deadliest Coursers, Cathi was unleashed upon the Commonwealth in order to take control of the Minutemen to assemble an army of unwitting pawns. Once the Commonwealth was under control of the Minutemen, her programming would shift to a mission of termination where she would systematically kill the remaining human survivors.

 

Cathi boasts the Institute's most advanced biotechnology and is capable of wiping out entire armies of Gunners and Raiders single handedly, engaging Deathclaws in melee combat and emerging unscathed and wiping out an entire battalion of Brotherhood of Steel knights wearing power armor on her own.

 

Her newest mission is to infiltrate the BoS for the purpose of assassination and seduce their leader Arthur Maxson, where she plans on murdering him during intercourse. The resulting chaos of his death would shatter the Brotherhood's morale and create dissension in their ranks.

That's a really great idea! Unfortunately I have no modding experience but if I did that would be a project I would undertake.

 

Gameplay wise I imagine she would be a lot like X6-88 but with massively increased damage output and resistances, and a much more cold, arrogant and self-serving personality. Imagine X6-88 on steroids if he was a female and an even bigger asshole! This makes sense because CATHI is the Institute's most advanced synth model ever created, so it should be no surprise that she feels like she's better than everyone else. 

 

Her likes/loves would be:

• Getting in Power Armor
• Using Weapon/Armour workbenches and chemisty stations
• Killing Humans of any faction or alignment (she was created for total genocide of the human race not affiliated with the Institute after all)
• Engaging in combat
• Doing Institute side quests
• Doing missions that damage the Brotherhood of Steel (the Institute's main enemy faction)
• Doing missions that damage the Railroad
• Extorting/gouging people for caps when taking on side quests

Her dislikes/hates 

• Showing compassion or helping people in need
• Doing quests for the Brotherhood of Steel 
• Doing quests for the Railroad
• Killing synths

I think we might be onto something here...

After having them =

 

Use the hot key to open the console commands

Ç is the one in my case

 

After having the console open

Target the char that has the preset. U will see a Code on it (If its your char go in 3rd person)

 

Write slm (Insert the code here)

Press Enter

A looksmenu should appear under the console

Exit the Console Commands by pressing the same key you pressed to open it!

 

Now its simple!

 

Go to PRESETS » SAVE (name it)

 

U can find your preset in the Fallout4 » data » F4SE » Plugins » F4EE » Presets

 

Just compress it to a .zip or .rar and upload
