ENB Effects doens't seem to work at all

Hello, everyone.

 

I'v'e had tested, like 6 different enbs presets, and somehow they all look the same!

 

Here's some screens to prove that (I'm using unbleak atm):

These both doens't look any good, it's actually awful.

 

I did a clean install with no other files on my skyrim folder but no results but those above.

you are probably just installing it wrong, go watch a tutorial on youtube

I wish that was the problem, but for some reason the effects doens't work even after 3 installing attempts, and all of them, were clean installs. I have no weather mode installed, btw.

 

Here are some pics that I had took, both running the unbleak preset:

 

This one, shows that the effects are enabled and anything, but the ENB UI, seems normal: 

 

Is that sand timer has anything to do with the fact that my ENB's are looking like crap? I mean, is that a sign that enb effects are loading or something else?

 

I'm running the game with maxed out settings and on a 1920x1080 screen resolution

 

Forgot to mention, I'm running my whole setup on Windows 10
