OSA is confusing

I'm coming back to Skyrim after quite a while and I find out this OSA mod is around.

 

I've tried to install it, but everything works except for the plugins. I use Mod Organizer, and I store all my mods on an external HDD, and Skyrim is on my C: drive.

 

Apparently, there are actually vanilla plugins with OSA, but when I check modules, there isn't a single option. I installed osex too. It simply doesn't show up, apparently. I'm confident there isn't any installation mistake I'm making. For instance, forgetting FNIS, or not installing SKSE. Does anyone else have this problem?
