Creature texture/mesh load priority? Wrong mesh is being loaded

Here's the scoop. I downloaded jacques00's Naked Giants meshes and textures which are placed into my Data/meshes/actors/giant and Data/textures/actors/giant folders. The game loaded these files, they showed up and worked perfectly fine, all was well. Then I downloaded MadMansGun's More Nasty Critters: SLAL Edition 10 and suddenly the giantess's in game had a totally different look. After looking through my data folder a bit, I found that MoreNastyCritters had its own giantess textures and meshes which now load over jacques00's models.

 

I have a preference for jacques00's models (MNC's also don't seem to load its nude meshes) so I tried deleting the MNC meshes and textures located in Data\Textures\MoreNastyCritters\giant and Data\Meshes\MoreNastyCritters\giant and replaced them with jacques00's files. In game, the giantesses were invisible but still loading (they were represented by an ominous floating club).

 

Any guidance on how texture/mesh load priority works and how to use jacques00's files instead of the MNC files?
