Odd texture glitch

Lately I've been having a very odd texture glitch happen to female characters in my game. Sometimes on load (or moving from cell to cell, or even just when clothes change), the textures get all wonky, segmented, and shiny.

 

 

 

Tried uninstalling/reinstalling my texture pack, and toggling archiveinvalidation. Anybody else see this happen?

In the fallout.ini [general] section,  do you have bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles set to 1?

It's set to 0.

Ok. Change it to 1 and test again.
