[HELP] HDT Physics Armor Convert/Remesh Problem

Recommended Posts

Hi all.

I have a big problem. :(

I know how to convert armor/clothes to another body type with BodySlide OutfitStudio. This is very easy...

But the problem is the HDT Physics armor convert... Not working.

After i finished the armor in BodySlide OutfitStudio and i save the armor the results is bad.

The HDT effect is removed from the armor and the ingame results is terrible. (or CTD)

I try to put back the HDT XML file location info to the NIF file but nope, not working.

I find UNPB HDT armors but my favorite body is 7B.

I try the convert with UUNP HDT slider and UNP BBP slider.

I find the problem! :P:D

The OutfitStudio is generating many false bones for the armor and remove the HDT rig after i save the armor.

Ok and?

Its very easy...

Open the original and the edited armor too in Nifscope and copy the edited armor parts to the original armor NIF.

The original HDT rig remain in the original armor.

THX for myself! :D

Yes, that's what I'm doing too. Wish there was an easier solution.

If you're dealing with _0 et _1 meshes, remember that the nitrishape must be in the same order in both nif. Otherwise, it's poly explosion galore on intermediary sizes.

One more problem.

This armor is have an unusable armor part.

If i remove this armor part in Nifscope (Remove Branch) the HDT effect is removed again. XD

Any solution?
