[Help] Weird armor glitch. Polygons goes crazy. Wrong weight scaling.

Hi folks! Well, there is the problem:
Im trying to add new armor and outfits in my game by using creation kit and meshes from cbbe hdt armor replacers

(for self use only, im not gonna upload it anywhere). Just because i didn't find any standalone vanilla-like armor packs. 

So, i've launched creation kit through the mod organizer, then add some armor addons, and then by making copies of vanilla armor i just replaced old models by new ones. I didn't touch any editor id or armor rating or biped objects, just replaced models in new copies of armor. Then i add new armor in leveled lists. Thats it. Seems right. 

 

In CK new armor looks fine, and didn't have any bugs or glitches. But in game it looks sooo glitchy. 
First, armor didn't scale at all. Looks like it using only armorname_1.nif file and didn't read armorname_0.nif, but i have both in my folders. Nif file paths seems right, for example data/meshes/armor/td18/banditnew2.
Equipped armor is always on 100 weight, and didn't depend on npc weight at all D:
Second, polygons that spikes inward and outwards (but not on every armor)... i just dunno how to fix it D:

I might have some literal errors, so pardon me for that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

As you can see, there is neckseams cause armor didn't scale on npc weight. And those nasty polygons D:
